Have yall thought of nicknames to this group already?
Given the volatile nature I want to call them:
The Explosion Unit
I'm sure I will. You will like him on Sundays. After a couple of 25+ runs after the catch the hate will be a distant memory lol.
This was Belichick and Brown's plan all along. Ever since Brown was born he and Belichick were scheming to make this happen. After 3 decades Belichick finally sees his plan come to fruition.
Calvin Johnson is only 33 and well rested. Maybe he wants in on the action.
Have I been watching this sport wrong the whole time???Well, we don’t really need his ****...as long as he can run & catch...
The chiefs were prior to this afternoon I think. The best news about this is he is a total luxury. They were arguably the super bowl favorite before this move. If he turns into too big of an issue they can just cut him. It would be a waste of money but not a huge deal. Hopefully he is able to stay here all year and keep his head down.
I don't think anyone expects this to be long term. Just like Revis a 1 and done rehabilitation year.
Maybe Patricia will do us a solid and release his rights so he can come out of retirement.
Yeah. We had a blast. Is that the poster who's ******** you were responding to about Brown/Hernandez/etc...?

Deserves two...Have I been watching this sport wrong the whole time???
The defense is much better off without him
I have to say, objectively speaking, that I think the Pats have just taken the mantle of the most infuriating sports franchise to root against over the A-Rod era Yankees and Kobe era Lakers. Great players are now sacrificing their careers to get on their roster against their own self-interest and bank account because they know it's the only franchise which will deal with them squarely and competently. I'm so glad I don't have to root against them. The amount of vitriol and conspiracy mania from the fans of this league towards the Patriots might have reached an all time high.
So thankful I'm a NEer and this is my team, all the rest of you peasants can keep crying and watching your crap franchises, wringing your hands about those dastardly Patriots, you fkn losers. Lol
I'm looking at this as analogous to Revis. I didn't like him either but recognized his talent. Never think of him as a Patriot, just a useful transient mercenary who had the tremendous side value of delivering a crap-ton of agro to a very annoying team. If he works out, that's nice. The fact that this bores so far under Pittsburgh's skin is the key element of entertainment for me.The best news about this is he is a total luxury. They were arguably the super bowl favorite before this move. If he turns into too big of an issue they can just cut him. It would be a waste of money but not a huge deal.
