N’Keal Harry being put on IR

Yesterday Harry was suppose to play Sunday night.

Who told you that? I didn't see you at the Patriots coaches meeting. I think I would have noticed.

They drafted A Brown and E Sanders in the same draft.
Draft pre crazy Antonio in the 6th round? What an idiot! Should have been a 1st round pick. Terrible organization. What a ****ing fail. Squealers fans must hate their front office so much for that dumb fail. Can't even see he should be a 1st rounder. What a joke!

I work with a Steelers fan and he'll agree with this statement: Pittsburgh has certainly hit on some draft picks but somehow this has evolved into them having a 100% hit rate at the WR position. It's simply not true.
Nobody is saying that at all.

Burress
Brown
Wallace
Holmes
Juju
Sanders
Ward

Pitt has done a very good job finding Stud WRs in the draft.

The worst part about this is it delays any type of chemistry Brady and Harry had been working on. Brady is very picky about who he throws too.

It is a bit dissapointing how many wide receivers belichick has drafted whom can’t stay healthy. The list is long

I'd like an answer to the question Judge!

If the Patriots are so terrible at drafting WRs...and they never work out. Why would they pin all their hopes on a rookie WR?

Why would it be necessary to transfer Harry off the base?

Did you know that the he was landing on IR?

How many superbowls have they won in the last 10 years?

I am not at liberty to say. However, the fact that he's on IR is not exactly shocking to many people who have been paying attention for the last several weeks.

It's okay to admit that lately Bill's drafts have not been up to his usual standards. And that's okay! It's okay to admit he's not perfect!

I doubt Bill looks at players he's drafted that don't work out and thinks, "Oh well, can't do anything about it, that's just the way it goes." I'm sure Belichick is equally as critical of himself as any one of us.

It slows down his development and reduces his chances of being a major contributor this year (which I think were low anyways).

Saying it is a major setback is a stretch.

Thank God they didn't cut Dorsett. :D

Don't matter. Wheaton was a bust. All that don't matter. Bust. Bust. Gotta be perfect or you suck.

Did I do it right?o_O

We have a rook backup QB and people are freaking out because our 4th WR is going to miss 8 weeks....

Come on guys. Up your troll/chicken little game here. This is really weak. Opening night is 6 days away and that is the best you have?

Lest say 4 weeks. Is it worth risking one of them for an extra 4 weeks. Assuming its only 4 weeks. And its not like Harry will be home eating ice cream.
I think it would. Because 4 weeks from now you won’t have that guy and you need to develop Harry for the next 4 years plus.

They have also made that a priority, what have they won in the last 10 years?

Brady doesn’t throw contested red zone passes.

Except in the Superbowl, that pick was pretty contested. Brady makes the throws he thinks he can make.

I'm certainly not downplaying the importance of practice, but if the difference between Harry being a bust and being a good player for us is 12 practices over 4 weeks, (some of them walkthroughs) he wasn't going to work out anyway.

He didn’t throw a red zone int in the Sb and the one he threw wasn’t a contested throw it was a bad decision.
Brady does not throw passers up for grabs hoping the receiver out jumps the defender.

Can't you say the same abt NE QBs? DBs? OL?

The last 2 drafts look very good. 2017 was a bomb but we only had 4 picks I believe & still hit on Wise in the 4th.
