Trade week

IMO the trade bait players are Pennel, Wise and Roberts. Harmon is a maybe but I don't see it right now.

Wise to Oakland makes a lot of sense to me. Besides their pick of Ferrell (who is a rookie and will have rookie issues most most likely) they have very little pass rush there from the edge. Trade him for a 4th round pick as they don't have any players that interest me that we can get for Wise. Maybe Josh Jacobs though. I haven't like what Burkead has given us this year and I think they should move on. If they feel they need another RB he would be a good option. I'd rather have the pick though.
You're actually joking. Josh Jacobs is a 1st round pick this year who is likely to be ROY.

Twitter hits.

Best way to make people aware of your brand / page is to mix a couple of players that are likely to be traded and then add in 1-2 totally unrealistic names that nobody else could come up with and mention them all together.

The likely ones preserve your reputation and the unlikely ones drive more hits. And if someone calls you out on the unrealistic ones you can always claim "talks" happened. It works especially well when the Pats are included as BB sometimes doesn't even confirm player signings that have already appeared on the wire.

Based upon what? How can someone be the “likely ROY” before taking a single regular season snap? Are you that impressed with his four carries this preseason? I would have given you a pass on Barkley last year because he was clearly head and shoulders above any other back in the draft, based upon his college production, freakish athleticism and 3 down versatility but Jacobs is not a Barkley level talent. Some would argue that he wasn’t even the best back on his team over the past two years.

Rivals.com - Ask Farrell: Who will be better pro, Josh Jacobs or Damien Harris?

Not trying to go on a thread tangent but I think you’re putting the cart way before the horse.

If you're trading for Jeremy ****ing Tunsil, you're better off keeping Isaiah Wynn.
I don't really think we need to trade for a starter but if we are I would rather have Tunsil than Williams.

I've liked what I've seen of Wynn and Cannon. Swing tackle is needed. Trading for Tunsil or Williams seems rich as they're looking for a day 1 or 2 pick. I'd be open to any tackle depth.

TE ideas are good too. I don't think we keep TEs on the 53 just because we think we need a few players at each position. If only Izzo makes the squad, with Watson starting off suspended, that might be OK.

Brandon King is a big loss. I think we keep a guy like Crossen who covers kicks. Kick coverage may still need to be bolstered. Albert McLellan probably gets cut by the Jets and he could be that ST/LB replacement.

Shilique Calhoun looked like he was going to make the team at DE, before his injury in Tennessee. Hope he makes it back. I love Winovich and Bennett, but think that we could could be interested in a defensive end.

Trading Edelman would be a nuclear bomb out of nowhere.

I can't agree with that. Williams is like, a generational talent at the position. Tunsil's a highly-paid JAG. I get what you're saying, injury/age/etc - but a broken down Williams on one leg, overpaid for two years, would give you more than a totally healthy Tunsil ever will.
There's a reason Miami keeps trying (and failing) to get rid of him.

The people defending cocaine on here is laughable and despicable
Look man, yeyo is not addictive. I should know because back in the day it would take me 2 days to run through an 8-ball. ;)

You still eat the dead money on a trade.
The signing bonus dead money yes, but the guaranteed salary goes to the new team instead of becoming dead money.

Derrius Guice says hi. Better blocker, between the tackles, 6.5 > 5.7 per & can catch.

It was a lot closer for me but both are unreal when healthy. Id take Guice in the 2nd over Barkley top 3 all day too.

You’ve been on record saying you’re fine it’s chung using cocaine. I think most others won’t agree with this take. Cocaine is a powerful, horrible addictive drug that is nothing like weed. That you would defend or make excuses for chungs actions is mind blowing

Talk about guilty until proven innocent! Let it play out, FFS.

There is a tight end in Miami named gileiski or something like that. He can not block worth a hoot, but is an athletic move tight end with good size.

If Miami is indeed tanking for tua, we should trade a pick for him. In our offense he could be deadly. If he stays in Miami, it is the death of his career!

Gesicki. I wouldn't give much up for a TE who can't block, and he's not considered a bust so he would probably cost at least his original 2nd round pick.
Yeah they're not trading Gesicki, but I wouldn't mind throwing a 7th their way for Nick O'Leary.

Listed some teams yest that would make sense. Buff, Phila, Mia, NYJ, Baltimore

Duke Dawson, Derek Rivers, Pennel. Those are the three that I can think of right now. I don’t think they will get rid of any RBs just because of how easily they can get injured just like last season.
