I don't know if these numbers are saying Mr. Stidham is playing better then anybody else in pre-season...but for sure they are not saying worse...

931 yds on 209 attempts in 13 games. 16 attempts and 71 yds per game average. Number 1 committee member.

Yeah, and I think given the youth (therefore low spend), the production to date, and the flashes of "hmm," he's bought a bigger role. We'll see.

Again, nothing wrong with "Chair of the committee," but not quite "Michel ma bell cow" either.

Just so long as he doesn't lead the league in rushing TDs, there's a role for him.

How many carries does Harris take away from Michel? Especially later in games .... How Josh decides to use them, as well as injuries, will decide how many yards/TD's the RB's get.....that doesn't even include White's carries and how many passes each RB gets......That's going to be quite the 3 headed dragon this year.....

Depends on how quickly they trust Harris in pass protection.

not that many. Michel will get a ton of work this year

My post game thoughts:

  • Stidham to Meyers > Brady to Moss
  • Brady is the one who needs to earn Meyer's trust
  • DROY Winovich's talents were wasted in this game by Belichick's awful defensive scheme. Letting KVN and Kamalu run wild after the QB, while poor Chase could only watch was in excusable.

The only thing I see in those numbers is that Hoyer is playing better than Jarrett this preseason.

Stidham to Myers works really well against the scrubs.

You sir, have won the clever troll game!

which of these afc east qbs is playing the best this preseason?

A - Allen of buffalo
B - darnold of New York
C - Rosen of Miami
D - Stidham of new England

If you do happen to run into Bob Kraft and he asks you to smell his finger, please don't.

I think you're confusing Bob Kraft with Don Lemon. :)

What are we all thinking about #94 Kamalu? I didn't have him on my 53 before this game and I probably wouldn't put him on just because of one game, but I was more surprised about how he was standing up most of the time before the snap. That's a guy who's 6'6", almost 300 pounds (although he could have lost some weight) at the rush OLB position. You'd think he would play DE in a look like that but it seemed to be working (against scrubs).

fits the system better than Wise.

I've been rooting for Cowart the minute he was drafted. I was watching him closely during the game. I believe it was in the second half he got stoned/pushed back several yards by the O-Lineman he was up against on numerous occasions. I don't have the replay of the game but if someone does it would cool to have a summary of his snaps.

Which is where he would work during the season ...against CB4 5 6 scrubs

They are both playing better then Brady.

You may have to scroll down to see the other pre seasons.
