If we can pick up Williams, get Gordon reinstated and pick up a decent tight end on cut down day, our offense becomes deadly.
Next up, developing a pass rush. If we can get a pass rusher we win the Super Bowl, Health permitting,
Nothing really new here: Trent Williams insists that he's not coming back to Washington.
Trent Williams will not play for Redskins, 'period,' per sources
For those who think he's just using this as a ploy to get more money from the Redskins, Charlie Casserly has stated that he thinks this is just a ploy to get more money from the Redskins (also in that link above).
The Stork a couple of years ago. What's our recent history of trading with Washington? It seems BB has always been pretty chilly toward them as a trade partner, maybe from his days as a Giant. Not that it can't change (see recent deals with Indy).

So it's not about a ploy for more money. Charlie Casserole is the George Costanza of the NFL.Nothing really new here: Trent Williams insists that he's not coming back to Washington.

Between Matt Light and Nate Solder, other than 1 season or so each missed due to injury, we may have been VERY spoiled with the consistency at LT since TB12 been the starter.
He's 3 or 4-time all-pro so I wouldn't be one to get you wrong.Don’t get me wrong both Light and Silder were excellent LT, but Williams is a much better tackle than either of them, Williams is at least on par with Bruce Armstrong.
Was Solder really excellent?Don’t get me wrong both Light and Silder were excellent LT, but Williams is a much better tackle than either of them, Williams is at least on par with Bruce Armstrong.
Solder, like Light, was consistent & dependable...though again like Light, neither is NFL HOF-worthy...and probably not the precise definition of "excellent" either...more like "very good."Was Solder really excellent?

Sure. That is all we need is another 20 million in cap spaceIf we can pick up Williams, get Gordon reinstated and pick up a decent tight end on cut down day, our offense becomes deadly.
