He can get up and down the floor just fine.Agree with some of what you said borg but most times with some of these NBA Big men you just never know. They could groom Taco to be a rim protector but Stretch Fives now neutralize those type of players. That said he's never going to be an offensive powerhouse but if he can get up and down the field and work on his lateral quickness or reaction to the ball we might have something.
He just can’t jump which essentially means he has no explosion to go after balls that don’t fall into his orbit
I’m hoping he can’t jump because he never had to and this skill can be trained in.

A 7’6” guy should be dominating the boards against summer league scrubs and shorties.
Yet he seems incapable right now
He needs combine type training.... lots of it...:not 15th man DNP status with an occasional practice and walk throughs fitted in between flights
