Bernard Pollard proves to the world that he's a rambling idiot that probably eats beetles

We can also not give the Rob Parkers, Max Ks, Chris Simms, and Bernies what they are looking for..... Attention.

That's my usual MO, but sometimes I like to sit back, lift one of my haunches up and send a fart in their general direction :D

I don't get this "System QB" argument. It's like a QB is a lesser player for playing to their strengths. S0 - TB should be a left-handed gunslinger? Focus on the RPO?

Every QB is a system QB. Their talents and weaknesses (should) dictate the game-plan and the type of players that are picked to surround them. It's logical.

In fact, looking at how many seem to imply that System QB = Limited QB, shouldn't the System QB be an easier opponent? I mean, if you identify the system you identify the way to attack it - right?

I'm willing to bet good ol Bernard can't even wrap his head around the actual system TB is running aka the most complicated system in maybe NFL history.

Tom Brady had a Hall if Fame career before Pollard, and possibly two more since Pollard. Pollard won’t ever sniff the Hall of Fame.

These types of off the wall evaluations say little about the subject of the discussion and a lot about the evaluator. And the evaluation of the evaluator is always that they can't evaluate and should be ignored since they're not smart enough to figure out their weakness. Occasionally it's worth looking at them again for a good laugh. For example, that's the only reason I would ever listen to Rob Parker.

I don't get why we care if everyone has different opinions. If 3% (including Indy/Denver fans) think Peytons goat, whats wrong with that?

Every team has a system, the Pat's system is complicated, ask the wide receivers who couldn't figure out the system. System QB is a compliment for TB.

So I was looking at Tom Brady videos on YouTube and I kid you not one of the videos that popped up was a 30 minute video of good ol Bernie I guess explaining why Peyton is better than Tom (I didn't click on it). His channel is called The Bernard Pollard Show.

The funny part is, is he only had a little over 100 views in 8 hours.

Peyton played in the same system in Denver. That arguement does not hold water.

I don't know why I'm wasting time even trying to dismantle this moron's take.
Didn't Manning take the same system from college into the pros?

Jim Mora/Polian ran Phil Fullmer's Uof TNs system?

I had no idea

I pity him. I see his final decade on this earth looking a lot like Jack Tatum’s after he, too, tried to extend his relevance expiration date with his “They Call Me Assassin” book.

.

Bernard Pollard has previously only been known for his ability to injure other players and as an okay safety who played for several teams. It's of course smart of him to trumpet nonsense in the media as he knows it will get "play" since he's the one who was directly responsible for the only lost season of Brady's career and the loss of his greatest target. This directly impacts his ability to get a talking head job and, no doubt, head down the well-worn "Patriot Troll" path. Annoying, but whatever, I am actually happy for any of these guys to have a decent life after football since they're going to suffer immeasurably in the future for their playing careers.

I just wanted to note that I have eaten certain beetles, something quite common in Southeast Asia where I work. I do hope that this will not affect my standing within this august community.

Bernard Pollard was the Robert Parker of the NFL.

Eh..Pollard’s actually a pretty likeable guy (when not on the field). Even if he’s wrong, it’s his opinion. He grew up in Indiana & played college ball at Perdue, so it’s no marvel he’s a Peyton guy. At the end of the day, who cares?

That’s exactly why he chooses Brady/Patriots for topics so he gets hits from those keywords, otherwise he’d have 4 views from his immediate family

That’s why I find that profession generally so disgusting, because they use other people’s fame/publicity to get their name out there. There’s a serious epidemic of people thinking that just cause they can open that hole in their face that somehow means everyone actually wants to hear it

I'd say you're spot on in your analysis

Two of those hits would be Mom and an elderly Aunt, both reading his latest thinking "He tries so hard, bless his heart."

Who?

Exactly how many people can make a living by trying to dismantle Tom Brady and his legacy? This guy doesn't even have anything new and his claim to fame is injuring key Patriot players...
