"Oh right, he played for the Patriots."

Remember when we were all stoked about Terrance Knighton...knightington kgktnfotnf.

Whatever. Pot Roast.
I remember thinking he would be a difference maker.

I remember pretty much every single one of those guys -- a sign that my enthusiasm is at its height during training camp!

And I mostly loved them to bits. These "Last Hurrah" stops have a special magic when they work out. One of the few disappointments of the last 20 years is that BB didn't get Junior and Randy the rings they deserved. (Has anyone mentioned Brian Waters yet?)

Bryan Cox. An obvious one for most of us but man I liked him a lot better as a Patriot than I did when he was with other teams. :)

Jerome Pathon hasn't forgotten Cox played for the Pats. The hit that changed the season.

Torry holt
Brian Cox
Chad Brown
Adrian Wilson
Joey Galloway
Alge Crumpler
Holy ****. I completely forgot about Chad Brown. I was so damn excited! Robert Edwards is a name I hate seeing brought up. I was so excited for his future. Fred Taylor coming out of college. I’ll never forget the photos in all of the draft magazines with him looking like some sort of mystical gladiator in the coliseum with that visor he used to wear in college. It was so awesome. Keith Traylor is another one that I always forget about.

Tank Williams. The safety that used to play for the Titans. I think he either got injured or retired before the regular season started.

I remember I was excited to see him play.
BB has been trying to get that big corner safety linebacker hybrid for years.

Eugene "the hitting machine" Lockhart, 2 yrs w Pats then several more in prison ! He was overrated lb for Dallas and Pats made a "big" splash signing him as plan b fa

Kyle Brady

Man, those were some confusing years on this forum when everyone was *****ing about "Brady"...

Curtis Martin. Always seems to be remembered as a Jete even though he had 3 straight 1,000 yard seasons with the Pat’s to start his career.

It's hard to say that Ochocinco "played" for the Patriots. It was more like he stood on the hash mark with a confused look thinking "Don't look over here. Please don't look over here. Uh-oh, Brady looked over here. Now what do I do?"

One more: can we include Philip Rivers in this list with his 0-7 record against Tom Brady and the Patriots? I understand that he wore a Chargers jersey in those games, but it sure looked like he was playing for us.

Shawn Jefferson

Ok this is a weird one because he was a big part of our receiving corps for a few years in the late 90s, or am I thinking of a different Shawn Jefferson?
