2018-19 Stanley Cup - Bruins vs Blues

Particularly the head shots

Shot, singular. And I want to see that hit again. It looked like gryzlak was losing balance before the hit which could’ve affected the location. May be the reason it was only 2 min instead of 5.

Great environment.

Italian sausage with peppers and onions.

We got arrogant. Our team and fanbase needed this loss to remember the blues won't roll over. Patriots were underestimated last season and the blues were just underestimated.

We needed one punch in the mouth. Lets win game3.

Well boys and girls, we have a series, I expect the Bs adjust to STLs adjustments and look better in game 3, Bs are a good road team

  • First adjustment: stop with the no-look passes to the opponent
  • Second adjustment: quit being so timid about shooting the damn puck
  • Third adjustment:Quit being so timid, in general. It was shocking to see this team play intimidated
  • Fourth adjustment: Stop waiting for a teammate to make the play
  • Fifth adjustment: Pull Marchand's head out of his ass, so he can play better hockey
  • Sixth adjustment: Pull Pastrnak's head out of his ass, so he can play better hockey
  • Seventh adjustment: If he's not hurt, pull Bergeron's head out of his ass, so he can play better hockey
  • Eighth adjustment: Did I mention "STOP WITH THE DAMN NO-LOOK PASSES TO THE OPPONENT!!!!!!!!"?

Since you made the effort, here's your cookie. Unfortunately you'll have to find someone else to entertain you. Maybe you could quote Andy on the Kraft thread
Can't refute facts.

The Bruins stole a goal thete so bellyaching about officiating is weak.

Grzelcyk was not in the best of positions but Sundqvist was going high. It is what it is, only Sundqvist knows the real intent

the 1st line better get their act together

Looks like the 11-day break caught up with them tonight. Better figure it out before game 3.

If you want to take something positive out of tonight's game, the Bruins played like ass and STL needed overtime to beat them.
I heard talk that Marchand hurt his wrist in the scrimmage and it's been bothering him, anyone else know anything?

You have to win 4 games. Celts did not eliminate the Bucks by winning game 1 and the Blues were not finished by losing game 1 either. Yet there were people saying both.

Can the Bruins take some shots? Are there any points awarded for beautiful passing?

Much better? He won so of course he played better. But much better? Look at the shot tally.

For real?

Stl 10 - Boston 8 shots period 1.
The Blues had a 4 minute poweplay in the 2nd. Of course they would have more shots than Boston. Each team had 9 shots in the 3rd and the Bruins had 0 shots in OT.

For the game to stuck tied that long Bennington did much better than Monday.

That's hockey,a change in momentum is no more than one shift away
Boston playing sloppy hockey and trying to escort the puck into the net didn't help.

Bruins in 6. My gut feeling. The sweep was arrogant. Blues will fight.

So your saying we will get to see a cup being raised in StL? Even though it would be the visiting team raising it I guarantee we will act better than those hooligans in Vancouver.
I just want to see that cup raised. It being raised in enemy turf is kinda appealing too. See: AFCCG 2019. That was juicy.

One of my favorite things ever. Those enlightened, entitled pricks tore up their own city.

What has it been, 8 years? Lol tonight i finally got to celebrate our first Stanley cup finals win. Man the Boston sports fan sure has it rough. What’s it been, 3 months since the last championship?

B’s have responded when hit in the mouth earlier in the playoffs. First line gotta produce something other than empty netters.
The lack of top line production is probably the most concerning issue to me.
