They were too busy teaching me respect and appreciation for the flag, police and military.

I can certainly understand a set of parents (or parent) having only so much time in a day for teaching their kids. Sometimes that most limited of resources, time, requires choices to be made on the utilization of it. Happens to the best of us.

However, given the things you claim they taught you to respect and appreciate, I'm surprised following simple rules wasn't one of them. Seems that would be right up their alley based on their other respect "priorities".

Either way, Good Day to you sir.

Not really all that shocking.

The NFL tests once a year I believe and the players know when the date is.

Even though they set the fail threshold low (15 ng/ml, which is crazy low), just takes some personal self control to detox in advance.

30-60 days abstinence would clean even the biggest consumers out. And given THC/THC metabolites are lipid soluble, and NFL players aren't exactly fatties (and even the ones who are are muscular) their bodies probably metabolize it quicker than the average bear.

His twitter thread today about how his 3 year old saw this on the 3 year old's facebook timeline and started smoking was gold.

Hilarious.

"Peak 2019"

I wondered to myself if "markp33" drinks around his kids.

Not that there is anything wrong with that, but the "what about the kids!" faux morality about THC while you pound a suitcase of Bud Heavies is one of the funniest things I have encountered in my 36 years roaming this planet.

I was a fan of his when he joined the Pats. He made some key plays during the 2016 season . Also, he’s a humanitarian who really cares about community, I really respect him for all he’s done.
