Should Patriots Sign Gerald McCoy After Bucs Release Star D-Tackle?

If they sign McCoy, nobody will be missing Trey Flowers and his massive contract. McCoy, Bennett, HT, and Collins blitzing up the middle would be nuts! Throw in anything from Wise, Winovich and even Rivers would be icing on the cake.

Why be a "contender" when you could be AFC champ/super bowl champ? Two of those teams didnt even make the playoffs, one has a fan base of about 5,000, and the other is owned by Jerry Jones (and your coach is Jason Garrett lol). Should be an easy one if he really wants to win.

Exactly, we are the only team that has won Super Bowls recently won 3/5 and been to 3 straight and have the roster to repeat this season already. Besides us the only team that's won/been to a Super Bowl are the Cowboys and that was in the 90s.

There's already good players who won't make the roster and young guys who won't get developed here.

My gut says he doesn't come here but I certainly want him to. Would definitely have to clear some cap space.

It's overkill & the Browns/Colts will probably overpay but damn he'd be the cherry on top of a talented defense.
