Dr.Chao states that he still believes that Thomas starts the year on PUP, even after watching the video. While he’s not correct one-hundred percent of the time, he’s usually right in the ballpark.

I have no problem with him starting on the PUP. Healthy for the stretch run and playoffs, that’s what we need. Edelman, Harry, Dorsett, and Inman will be just fine. Just my opinion.

I think Chao's fine but doesn't take a medical doctorate to assume a guy in his thirties who tore his Achilles in December won't be ready to play football in September.
