Joining @SportsCenter in 10 minutes to talk about the Kraft decision. Hope you tune in.
Nice angle to go after minimum standards of privacy/process in videotaping.
It's a technicality though nobody will agree in public opinion he didn't go there twice
BREAKING: Judge grants Robert Kraft's motion to suppress video evidence in his solicitation of prostitution case. State may appeal, but this devastates their case against him.
Expect Kraft's attorneys to file a motion to dismiss based on lack of evidence, probably tomorrow. The state can either dismiss charges, appeal the decision or take it to court. But so far they haven't cited any evidence other than the video surveillance.

A Florida judge ruled today that the video of Patriots’ owner Robert Kraft from inside a spa cannot be used because it was obtained illegally. A win for Kraft.
Also, the traffic stop police made as Kraft left the spa has also been tossed from the case.
And Fiorio was calling for Kraft to admit guilt, take his lumps and get it over.
