Told you all weeks ago: if he signs here we have the McCourtys to thank for it.

Class act. Really good person. Intelligent. Great for the locker room. Already has a baseline understanding of the offense.

But sorry....I'm just not interested in the player anymore.

In BB I trust.

If he comes, I hope he’s not our main TE threat. Really, at this point he just wants a ring and then he’ll retire.

Can he block at this point? Not that he was ever a great blocker.

He was always a pretty good blocker, not sure what you're talking about.

He left in 2010 in the middle of his career, and was replaced by Gronk. Gronk had a whole career, was the GOAT TE, retires, and now Watson may come back and be his replacement.

Wild.

He can perform the Allen role without any dropoff and may be trusted as a receiver with more regularity. He can't play major snaps anymore but he's fine, you're not really going to do better in free agency at this point.

Watson might not Block as swell as Allen but him and my Grandmother would give Brady a Target. Watson won't be an afterthought in our passing game Allen was nonexistent is that area. Now watch Watson Sign and then retire it happens to us every year so I wont get too excited.

Whenever I see Borat I cringe and laugh at the same time. I think that clip was the one where he later excused himself to go to the bathroom and came back with his stool wrapped in a napkin.

Maybe he was better than I give him credit for then. It’s been a few years lol. I don’t think he was terrible but wasn’t a dominating one. Certainly wasn’t Jimmy Graham blocking.

Yeah, he wasn't Graham or Gronk but he's always been a pretty good blocking tight end. Probably a better blocker than receiver over the course of his career, even though he came in with all the promise of that 4.4 speed and such.

Maybe Daniel Graham will also un-retire so we can bring all the old timer TE’s back

What happens to him when Gronk comes back? :D

He sits out one maybe two games until Gronk gets hurt and goes on the IR.

(On a serious note back injuries are Not a laughing matter. :( )

Say what you will about Watson but he's at least an NFL level player whose proven able to contribute. He would probably be our best TE tbh.
