Game 1 is in the books and it looks as though the Celtics are now playing as a team and up to their potential...at the perfect time. I still expect the Buck's to make it a series but our boys look awfully good in game 1.

I'm glad my 6 months of crappin on the C's is now out of my system because game 1 vs the Bucks was a thing of beauty.
I'm giving the Brad 51% of the credit for yesterday's domination. With a week to game plan, the Brad had a plan to eliminate the Freak and force his mostly substandard supporting cast to win the game.
Fantastic coaching, fantastic execution.......near perfect

like i said in another thread. i was blown away. they need to hold serve in all the games in boston i hope or they lose the series.

it was part of my plan...give Kyrie crap the whole season and then that modivated him to put on a show in game 1. ;) He looked like Kobe out there. They need to keep it going

the guys the bucks picked up during the season have turned into flotsam in the playoffs.....along with brogdon being out, the result really was not a surprise....out of the top 10 players in the series, 7-8 of them are on the C's

Antetokumpo
Middleton
(Brogdon)

Irving
Horford
Tatum
Hayward
Brown
Morris
Rozier
(Smart)

everybody else on the Bucks roster turns into a puddle against a real playoff team

I love it when Bledsoe focuses on proving himself

Hmmmmmm. Tonight is had news.

Rock bottom when the best Boston team last night was the Sucky Saux

My indifference towards the Celtics is quickly approaching my Red Sox "who gives a f@*k" attitude.
The Saux lost 99% of my attention back when every Yankees Saux game took 4.5 hours of my life . The sleeping pill also known as Dice K with his excruciating pitching performances removed any remaining sense of care left over. Even during their every 4 year championship runs, I'd invest a half inning of my time here or there along with a morning peak to see if they won the night before. Honestly, the business of baseball interests me more than the games.
I'm starting to feel the same way about the Celtics
Happy they won 4 straight vs the Pacers but their brand of basketball was not compelling.
Game 1 verses the Bucks was a special game but the finesse jump-shooting Celtics reappeared in game 2 and all it took was Milwaukee to step out and play tighter D. Boston crumbled with just a minor pop to their chin.
I invested 4 quarters in game 1, 1 quarter in game 2, and 2 quarters last night.
Drive and dish - 1 pass basketball is an awful product.
Thinking Kyrie Genius might be the Celtics' supermax talisman for the next 4 years will certainly push me away further. Believing a little guy can carry a team is foolish. Believing Kyrie can be a leader worth following.....are you kidding?

Wild how we went from this to 3 straight Celtic losses.
This team just doesn't fit right. Not enough rim drives. Too much iso. Too many guys who play the same position logjam (Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Morris)
