This is just off Schefter's stream. It caught my eye immediately and I almost choked when I found out this was the Bills Draft Room. It's standing room only in there! Compared to the Pats, this number of people is amazing! Wow! :p

This isn't a company convention geez. Impossible to concentrate.

Patriots are all business. Bare. Only Belichick and the key info people he needs across pro and college scouting, Caserio, Ernie Adams, and chief of staff.

.

That seems very odd. A bit overdressed IMO.

They are trying to impress someone.

Outside of us I thought the bills did the best out of the rest of the AFCE. Granted they were in a solid position with pick #9 but still a haul of Oliver and Ford with their first two picks was really good.

The Bills and Jets actually had a good draft. Flores is ****ed.

The Bills were the best of the bunch and the closest to challenge for the division I feel if any of them will take the next step. Miami is full of holes, the ones where you need three very good drafts to fill them all and the Jets are led by Gase so there’s nothing to worry about there.

Looks like a bunch of bildos to me

Pretty cool video, even of it’s the Jills

MMA in the background.

We are very fortunate to be fans of a team run by BB. His GM decisions are sometimes criticized on here, but when you add drafts, trades, cap management, and UDFAs - we’d be much worse if he wasn’t in charge.

Not wishing his departure, but it would be interesting how things would go if Caserio was given full control.

What you have here is a room full of incredibly insecure human beings that need to feel important.. like an old boys club, most of them NEEDED to find a way into that draft room so they could say "Yea, i was there!"

Its about insecurity and ego

What is up with the guy in the hospital with the Mexican Wrestlers Mask on?? Superfan??

This all seems a tad surreal compared to how the Pats deal with the Draft.... maybe all those suits are props hired to try to legitimize the process, a couple of years ago the press was pimping what a great coach Sean McDermott was, now two years in he is 15 & 17, and the crowd has gone quiet..

When I saw the video, I was thinking about the same thing? What the FOOk was that? It was like a frat party; everyone was high five-ing each other. I can image when they put the camera away, they are bringing out the booze and hoes

Celtics are also a small staff draft day. Seems like that's the way to go.

Is Scar not in the room? I always assumed he was basically hand picking these linemen.

Yeah, Reiss mentioned something similar to that regarding the Pats’ draft room, saying a lot of the scouts doing the work over the course of the year aren’t involved and therefore might feel marginalized. I think that’s silly and kind of juvenile. They’re professionals, they do their job, and by draft day that work should be done. Trying to make people feel included is a… I don’t know, feminine?… way of approaching things.

It's not just the crowd of people standing around, it's the whole "control room" setup with the electronic walls of prospects, rows of identical monitors, etc. For contrast, here's the Patriots' war roomn:
Behind The Scenes: Patriots Draft Room

I doubt it makes a difference either way--as others have said, the Bills had a solid draft. And let's be honest, if the Patriots had set up a deluxe hi-tech draft bat cave and the Bills were scribbling with dry erase markers in the world's most generic conference room, we'd be laughing in the other direction. But still, wow what a contrast.

And when do they smash the tables
