Yep, he’s playing out of his mind, but even though they were within millimeters of a number of goals. Once again they are getting outplayed overall, but it could turn around in a heartbeat.

No doubt. The CBJ goalie was the star of the game and #2 ain't even remotely close. However, the one thing I would add is good fortune - an underrated thing in sports. On two very close scoring chances (maybe more) the puck had already done its business before Bobr reacted. And when the difference is an inch or two, good fortune is a sweet ally.

But don't take that as my whining/discount of good fortune. Every fan should hope for it for their team. Good fortune + excellent play = 'a well paved road to being champion' (the Patriots have certainly had moments of good play + good fortune = victory).

With that said, I ain't given up . The only thing decided tonight was game 3. While this puts CBJ in better position in the series, it still is plenty far from having it won. Drop the F'n puck for game 4 and we'll see

I’m much more concerned about their poor passing, lack of physical play, and overall bad luck, but Bobrovsky has been great.

So frustrating! It seemed like more. Once again the Bruins lose a game you feel like they should have won. Nothing like running into a hot goal tender in the playoffs. Oh, and can our first line get going please? With something other than penalties?

The thing is, he's been really good this year. Focused on playing well, rather than all the antics. Not so in this series, and it's really hurting the Bs.

The passing can't be underscored enough. You expect the opposing D to break up a share but for Fu_k sake the unforced passing errors are approaching nightmarish levels. It's killing them. The amount of scoring opps that don't come about because of that crappy passing is just! friggin! killing! them! (and killing me in the process ).
Against a hot goalie all you can do is maximize all the good scoring opps you can until the pucks goes in the net, every damn opp possible. Even a hot goalie is likely to get beat when enough chances are shot at his padded carcass.

Did I miss other times where they didn't do this or did CBJ go to the John Harbaugh school of whining on almost every damn play/call?

No Vlasic for the next 2 mins with Avs likely going 6-on-4. Bleh.

SJ had this game won 100x over. I honestly can’t believe it ended up being this close. At one point it looked like it was going to be a 6-0 kind of game.

Apparently, only Ovechkin has more playoff goals (50) this decade than Couture (43).

That's impressive. Very underrated player.
