Apparently, we've got TE depth to burn...

From two Hollisters to none.

I had him off my first 53 projection of the year after the draft, so if the Pats felt the same way, good to get something in return.

Hollister & JC Jackson were by far the two lesser known players that stood out to me in TC last year.

I need to stop falling for the camp TE (Sudfeld, Derby & now Hollister).

Liked Jacob - had a promising start of TC with Tom - just couldn't find his way on the field.

And: this team has enough TE youth - it needs a real TE vet . now even more probable for #1 TE still coming in..

Nobody:

Belichick: Let's trade players away but only from our weakest position.

But seriously I suspect this is indicative of something they will want to do differently with the offense from the TE position that Hollister can't do.

As much as I like the idea of Zigging when the rest of the league Zags, it's hard to say that getting a good TE isn't helpful.
