Say it ain’t so Rodney..

Rodney Harrison is a good looking chap

Harris graded out at 7.94. Just below the 2nd. Big time PTP. Mommas boy.

Great vision. Eyes are always up & looking but he isnt looking to bounce it 100 different ways. He's following protocol, looking for quickest hole & taking off. Love his vision. Easily one of the best in the class imo when it comes to that. Just a great feel for where he is, where he wants to go/be.
Knows the OL calls as well as the line. Very involved player.
Tough person, tough player.
Played ST, RB, WR in hs. Soft hands you can check down to no problem.
Very aware, patient & smart in pass pro. Isnt afraid & brings the fight to the rush. Always looking to help out, chip.
Good acceleration, not great. Isnt going to run away from DB's but who cares. If hes ripping off + runs, protecting Brady & reliable in the rec game/in general we have a very capable, ready RB to step in anytime. Not much miles bc of the Bama backfield.

Our RB Corp is seriously good if healthy.

why disagree, I meant to say I "thought" Sony was more like 200. I was admitting I was mistaken, why are you disagreeing??
That was to Andy Johnson who for some reason disagreed when I was conceding I was mistaken

Or linebacker for that matter. Hightower is solid, and seems to always play well in big games, but sadly he's a bit injury prone. Van Noy is very good although he's a UFA after this year. Bentley looked promising in the very little action we saw from him, but who knows if he'll get right back on track after that injury. If just 1 of those guys goes down, especially among the first two, they're in trouble.

Still plenty of linebackers left -- Drue Tranquill is one major name.

Once you get past the initial QB over draft that happens in every 1st round there really is no reason to reach for one. There is only so many teams who really need a QB.

Thorson is my guy.

And we pick a RB Damien Harris. Really STACKED at the skill positions.

I'm wondering if we don't take our TE until tomorrow then?

Probably trading for a TE tomorrow...or a possible Gronk return

Sony, Burk, White, Harris, Emergency Fill in Bolden. Seems numerically roster correct, no?
I think the question is, is Harris going to be a regular gameday inactive. If not then he's a winner. If he is then it's a lot to pay for him (though Burk is injury prone and, I think, on a 1 year contract).
Does Harris return kicks?

Ravens should consider adding a qb

Decent pick for the Cowboys. I like McGovern. Good swing guy who can play all five spots in a pinch.

Ok but the league is going the opposite way so how does that work?

They league has been drafting smaller LBers and safeties to cover. Starting last season, the staff has been building a run game to take advantage of that. Yes DL went early in this draft, but that is a start of the reversal. The Pats are already ahead of the trend.

Looking at Harris’s highlights, he seems a very similar type of back to Michel. Am I off base with that?
