In this day and age of free agency why would you trade a productive receiver on a rookie contract???

What is the trade value for any of the players on rookie contracts?? Wouldn't a comp pick justify keeping them??

All of this is mindful of some sort of pipe dream..

Did I just read an article on all the WR prospects the Patriots wouldn't be able to get?
