I'd be happy to see him back on field with New England. It means he's getting his demons in check. Getting back on the team and into a routine does wonders for concentrating your mind. He's still a very talented receiver and if he can make it through the year, it means the Patriots will have that speedy deep threat they need.

Let's hope (and pray for him).

Glad he is back and his personal/mental health should always come first, but really hope we sign another quality WR because as much as I love him you never know.

He seemed well-liked and his talent is obvious. It’ll be both harsh and unpopular, but I will neither hope, nor pray for Josh Gordon. It’s a business and a big part of this business is being available. I can’t see him ever being able to stick around for extended periods, and the team started rolling after he left.

From all reports : good guy. But I’d rather some team grab him and leave NE the third rounder...

I think the team hit him with the original round tender, meaning that it would be a second rounder, not a third. Considering his current circumstances, that seems highly unlikely.

Wish Gordon well, and hope that he can get his demons in check.. there has to be something here that is not obvious or known to fans for the NEP to have done this...

He will never control the demons unfortunately. I’ve never seen it look that way. A buddy of mine got his nose stuck in heroin. He was scared to use a needle so he only snorted it. I watched as he systematically destroyed his life. Certain kinds of narcotic are not ones you can stop apparently. I got tired of talking to him about it because he had nonsense answers to everything and eventually over dosed

I heard "Eye of the Tiger" in my head while watching that.

At this point all I care is that he gets better for himself and his family even if he may not play another snap in the nfl.

Can’t count on him, but I’m rooting for him either way.
