Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

This racist scumbag needs to go to federal prison for a hate crime

I could only listen for 3 minutes. Does he actually say something racist?

remember THIS?

"ESPN has suspended commentator Rob Parker for comments he made regarding Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III.

ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz said: "Following yesterday's comments, Rob Parker has been suspended until further notice. We are conducting a full review."

Parker, appearing on ESPN's "First Take" on Thursday, was asked about Griffin's role as a black quarterback. Parker questioned Griffin's "blackness."

"Is he a brother or a cornball brother?" said Parker, who is black.

Later, he said he wanted to find out more about Griffin and how he deals with black teammates and others in Washington.

"We all know he has a white fiancée,"
he said. "There was all this talk about he's a Republican, which, there's no information [about that] at all. I'm just trying to dig deeper as to why he has an issue. Because we did find out with Tiger Woods, Tiger Woods was like, I've got black skin, but don't call me black. So people got to wondering about Tiger Woods early on."

Virulent racist hiding behind the "black man cannot be a racist" defense.

Was Parker broadcasting this take from Mexico?

Parker is a virulent douchebag and hell hath no fury like a douchebag that's been shown up as a fraud repeatedly.

Are you honestly taking the denial route?

Yep. When crimes are involved, I’m pretty consistent how I treat these things for everyone. Assumption of innocence until someone cops a plea, offers no contest, or there is a conviction.

If I was Kraft I’d fight this out because of how the prosecutor presented this to the media. Half the public thinks he was knowingly soliciting a sex slave, I would fight the solicitation charge, no matter how embarrassing. I think that misconception was intentional on the part of an ambitious prosecutor, and I would make that point by putting him and the police on trial with me on the solicitation charges.

Think about this for a moment. What chance does an average person have against abuses such as this if a prosecutor can get away with intentionally misrepresenting charges as a form of ad hoc justice against a billionaire. The right to a fair hearing should not be determined by whether someone is popular or not with the media and entertainment community.

Everyone knows I’m a Patriots fan, so people have been coming to me asking what’s going on. I’ve spoken to two successful millionaire men who are educated and well traveled. One in his 60s and another in his 70s and has a place in Vero Beach and both genuinely didn’t know that what Mr. Kraft is accused of soliciting was actually illegal. Both have also been happily married for over 40 years. Maybe, everyone is not as worldly as all the wise guys on this board.

There has to be a way to engineer this into the next revenge tour on to another Superbowl ring.

The more crap they say, the better. Go ahead and anger brady again and see what you get.

How did those two guys not know it was illegal. That's common knowledge.

The way not to get stung in a sting operation is to keep your ass out of illegal brothels.

Whether Kraft is getting unfairly embarrassed or whatever he brought it on himself by going there in the first place.

I’m confused. Are you claiming he is innocent despite what will present as overwhelming innocence?
He was charged with soliciting a prostitute during an investigation into human trafficking. I’m not sure where you get that the prosecutor misrepresented anything. I have seen nowhere that he stayed jraft did anything more than he was charged with.

It sounds like you want to fight public perception. How is he not getting a fair trial?
What do you want him to fight in court?
It sounds as if you are saying he should plead innocent and put in a defense that he is guilty of the crime he is charged with but not one he isn’t.
I have no idea what 2 people who don’t know the law have to do with anything. They don’t know it’s illegal to pay someone for sex? Really?
Or are you arguing that what he did should be legalized?

How is he not getting a fair trial?

Misdemeanor crime that was cast as a wide-sweeping sex trafficking/sex slavery investigation in the media but there's considerable doubts being raised about that aspect. If you don't see how that might impact the fairness of his trial you're mind is too made up at this point for debate.

I heard two takes on the radio today. One was what BK did was much worse than beating your wife/girlfriend and another that what he did is worse than what Kobe was accused of.

well that first one came from Blowhardi Jones...heard him on ESPN this afternoon...media tick

that second take was actually serious....I think that clown actually brought up the OJ case and how HE got railroaded...so you have to think today...WTF am I actually listening to? Should I EVER expect the truth from these bug brained arsonists?

I've been hearing this stuff for a week, the morons are twisting themselves into pretzels to make it sound worse. I know of lot of it is jealous hate but its moronic.

Why did we give them another thing to talk about. It’s amazing. This was so uncalled for. Goto damn Nevada!

The average man on the street thinks this is hilarious. I know tons of fans of other teams (Steelers, Panthers, Cowboys) and their reaction is “What got into your owner?” followed by a snicker or laugh. No one thinks this is the crime of the week let alone the decade. And I laugh with them too - because it is funny as hell. A 77 year-old billionaire going to a low rent massage parlor. WTF?????

If he is on film getting a hand job and blow job and paying for it and is charged with soliciting prostitution what would how the media covered or characterized the overall investigation have any impact on his trial?
The extent of the prostitution is irrelevant to the crime he is charged with.

This was really, really dumb move by Krafty. He's a billionaire, he can have high class discrete ladies sent to his home to give him the 'massage'. Why does he need to go pay 60 bucks at a freaking 'Asian massage parlor'. So dumb! News flash, you're freaking RICH. Spend it! Don't nickel and dime and get busted in a sex trafficking massage parlor!

Sending someone to his home can backfire as well. Look a Heidi Fleiss. When she got busted she was looking to give up her black book which had half of Hollywood sweating. Nothing is discreet. He brings a call girl into his home he can get blackmailed from her or her pimp.

He probably figured I go to one of these spa’s, these Chinese girls who can’t speak English will have no clue who I am, and I’ll never get blackmailed. The problem for him is out of the thousands of spa’s in Florida he went to the one under surveillance.

The smarter approach for a high-profile billionaire is to avoid paying for anonymous sex in the first place. Too risky at any level, not to mention just plain stupid.
