Or anyone else who things RKK didn’t know or couldn’t have known:

1. Ignorance is not an excuse.
2. He has many people at his disposal for whatever he needs. Heck, even his Rolls Royce driver who took him there could’ve told him seedy massage parlors may have illegal activity.
3. He went there TWICE. (he should’ve just bought a membership to Massage Envy cheaper). It was seedy the first time and he likely could have or should have known.

I wish this hysteria would end.

The league has never punished anyone for solicitation in history. I'm sure Kraft will change this precedent, but the team is not going to get punished.

I haven't read the same site as you about the Clippers, so maybe they didn't make this point, but Donald Sterling wasn't forced to sell his team for making one racist comment. The guy had a long history of that kind of behavior in addition to simply being a bad owner. The most recent racist comments he made, coupled with the NBA having a new commissioner, were the tipping point to get Sterling out.

For no more time than he spent there, I'm inclined to believe he did not. A guy like BK, worth billions, likely would steer clear if there was a hint of some sort of sinister human trafficking ring behind it. The storefronts look professional and they are in semi-affluent areas of town.

Did he screw up? Yep. Was he aware of some sinister plot behind the scenes? I doubt it. Two brief visits indicate he was merely dipping his toe in the water. I'm not saying this should be consequence free, but some are making this entirely more sinister than it likely is on BK's part.

The circumstantial evidence is strong though. He went to a massage parlor full of trafficked women. Moreover, if he was seen exchanging money, then it will be tough for RK to say that any sexual act was outside the transaction.

I seen it on the news. They had a list of the Johns and he was #12. Makes sense. Grey haired with long sleeve blue shirt. The man likes blue shirts. Cops probably used Brady’s number as a jab. He did not exchange money with the server but gave cash and a CC at counter and he did come back for seconds. So he cannot play the I didn’t know she was going to do that theory. It is a misdemeanor so I am sure the courts have bigger fish to fry then to get so detailed in a hand slap case. He will have his attorneys make this go away in one form or another. His biggest threat is in the court of public opinion in the ranks of the NFL and in the business world. His name will always be associated with the rub n tug.

His argument will be that he paid for a massage and it will be up to the prosecution to prove anything else. Sex on video is not proof of a financial transaction.
