Please.

The owner of a 6 time Super Bowl Champion and worth $6B just not nailed for getting happy endings at an Asian massage parlor in a Jupiter, FL strip mall.

Don't use the law to diminish the story.

Agreed. Thread is heading for 200+ pages easily and for good cause.

Yeah, a 77 year old billionaire paying for sex is the least surprising part of this story to me. The fact that he went to a seedy asian massage parlor for a $70 *, though? That's the kind of thing I'd expect from some of my sketchiest coworkers, not a guy who can afford literally anything else.

Yup and so ridiculous that Belichick will have had enough and walk away on top.

No, but I was being serious. If Kraft steps down, you have to really worry about BB saying "I've seen enough." He dissed the Jets over ownership concerns and he's has to have already been looking for the right time to step away even before this happened. And if BB goes, Brady likely goes.

Honestly, I'd almost rather see it end this way than Brady getting hurt or just playing too long. This way we can remember BB and Brady fondly.
Wow.

So, you imply that Kraft will be quitting, which will in turn make Belichick want to quit, which will then force Brady to quit. All over a basic misdemeanor prostitution charge. That’s a lot of negative projecting.

You just can’t arrest someone without some form of evidence. You can call them in for guestioning but to arrest is has to be presented to a DA.
You can arrest someone for probable cause. I would bet footage of him going in and out of this establishment would qualify as probably cause.

BUT whether or not they could convict is another story. The natural defense for Kraft is "hey I just got a massage, nothing else." At that point, it arguably becomes a question of whether or not they do have footage of the actual acts which allegedly occurred, or some other evidence (like a masseuse who is eager to cooperate with the authorities and give him up).

The Boston Globe, as usual, hard at work trying to word the Kraft story in a certain direction........
_________

The Boston Globe

"Kraft’s charges part of international human trafficking ring, authorities say

The Patriots owner’s arrest is just one of potentially hundreds connected to what authorities say was an international human trafficking ring that could stretch across the country.2:08 pm"

I'm not really sure what the problem is here, that seems perfectly accurate and in line with everything that's been reported so far.

If you don't want your charges linked to human trafficking, don't go to seedy asian massage parlors where the workers don't speak English to get your handjobs.

That's the point. It's a "story." It's not important.

For the love of God, Fitzy better run over to Town Fair Tire and get Francis to to his NFL Fan Therapy pronto!!!!!!!!!!!

Even then, Kraft doesn't get get found guilty. They literally have to have him on tape soliciting a sexual act for money. If they have anything less than this, the charges will get dropped.

Sure, I can see that, but we're talking Belichick here. He divorced the Jets on a napkin over "concerns about ownership".

Belichick's been working closely with Jonathan Kraft for years, now. If he's uncomfortable with the prospect of JK's ownership, then sure, I guess this could be the catalyst for him retiring, but at this point JK strikes me as most likely a far more stable and less distracting owner than RK, and unless we get some/any kind of evidence to the contrary I suspect Belichick at least feels like it's a wash, if not the same way.

Can you kill someone by getting a BJ?

.

I was going to go with the yes, if you are Magic Johnson and are shooting arsenic joke.

But some might find that tasteless, so never mind.

Not reading through this entire thread but just wanted to say. This story will be huge and I just don’t care if Kraft got a happy ending at a massage parlor.

Oh yeah and we have 6 rings
