Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

Guys.

Roger isnt taking a draft pick from the Pat's over Kraft being charged with a misdemeanor.

Irsay is the precedent.
Do precedents even matter? I thought the Comish can do whatever he wants.

He should have asked for Ros.

latest

This just in, Goodell cast on GoT season eight as the father of LittleFinger.

Gotta wonder if he was subconsciencly thrill-seeking.

Bedding co-eds in $1000/night suites got to be old hat

He was slumming

Honestly, that's a pretty good theory. Because nothing else makes any sense - at all. He makes enough money to have a secretary who arranges the $1000 night suites and the high end call girl for every night. He just shows up and there's a new one waiting. Seriously. This is a really odd story.

I still can't get over the idea that Bob Kraft, a billionaire, who makes enough money daily in interest payments alone to afford a high-end call girl of his choice for each and every day, 365 days a year, would get in his car and actually go to a sh*thole like this. Just baffles me.

He didn't even have to go. They would come to him. Nobody is going to set up a sting in a high end hotel.

Squirm your way out all you wish.

There is video evidence. Case closed and Kraft wont to trial because he will settle.

The video evidence is going to make him look like a liar in light of his statement denying it.

Nothing is ever worth potentially losing ownership, the public embarrassment and fallout, the forthcoming punishment and suspension that has the potential to hurt the team.

Nothing will convince me that this wasn't a case of him thinking with his **** than with his head.

Besides, how does bedding co-eds ever get to be old hat?

Originally it looked like that, but looking into it further it doesn’t seem to be the case.

It originally looked like Bob Kraft was part of the 'operation' and in the business of paying foreign organized crime syndicates to recruit foreign nationals to be "brought" to the United States under false pretense then using threats, intimidation and violence to force these foreign nationals to perform sex acts?
Exactly where did it originally look like this?

Media outlets are saying police and prosecutors have made claim that Bob Kraft was paying for sex at a "massage parlor". A. media saying it doesn't make it true. B. police and prosecutors saying it doesn't make it true. C. Bob Kraft involved in sex trafficking is akin to the 7 degrees of Kevin Bacon (Kraft got sex, somewhere down the line this sex business is involved in big crimes, therefore Bob kraft is involved in big crimes). I mean these organized crime syndicates are frequently involved with the drug business too. If 7 degrees of connection law is to be used, why isn't Bob Kraft also a drug trafficker (New England's El Chapo?)?

Absolutely absurd to think that this requires Kraft to step down. Just like everything the Patriots do, people blow this crap out of proportion. It's a desk appearance misdemeanor in Florida. The only reason it is a summons for Kraft is because he is out of state. It is an embarrassment for him but hardly career (ownership) ending.

Eh, I'd be calling for any owner to step down if he was caught soliciting prostitution from a sex slave. Kraft doesn't get to be an exception just because he owns my favorite team.

Two things that just smell funny to me here:

a.) Only Kraft's name was released thus far.....why not the others?

b.) It's Miami.......

Sex, celebrities and scandal get clicks and land advertisers.I just checked Fox News.com its also their headline and have 5 different stories devoted to Kraft. Truly a slow news day.

CNN.com is barely a notch above OK!.com

I suppose he could still get caught going the high end escort route ala Elliot Spitzer, but at least then you still maintain some class and dignity.. you're also less likely to be unwittingly involved in a human trafficking ring going that route.

Yea I know he was at the NBA ASG....

What a mess.

I don't care who else is on the list they haven't shown yet as long as BB isn't there. That would be a fun mosslost poll....if you could pick between TB or BB...who would you not want on that list.

I'm just curious to see if Kraft accepts things because "it's in the league's best interest" :)

Let's see how he feels when he's the one being burned at the stake. ;)

That's a great point - based on his own line of ******** in dropping the Deflategate appeal, he pretty much has to step down and hand over the team 'for the good of the 32' now, doesn't he? He was fine with the locker room guys and Brady and Belichick having their reputations dragged through the mud and smeared endlessly in order to 'protect the shield', so **** him if he thinks he's some special exception.

(if it's not clear, I've never really forgiven him for hanging Belichick and Brady out to dry like that).

LOL.
The shoe to drop is, who else?

This place isn't far from Mara Lago. And just a short walk from Tiger's office. Lots of possibilities.

Yeah, I have family that lives around Jupiter / Palm Beach / Delray Beach, it's such a weird place. Like, before today if you said "somewhere in America, a story's going to break that a bunch of absurdly wealthy people got caught in a $70 sex slave * sting' I'd say "yeah, that sounds like something that would happen somewhere between Fort Lauderdale and Jupiter". It just fits there in away that it doesn't quite fit anywhere else I've been.
