Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

Screwed in what way? Bad press stemming from a bad decision by their owner? What else could happen? They may suspend Kraft for a handful of games?

This seems like yet another “us against the world” that brings the team together. It doesn’t have to make sense. The 53 just need to buy in.

You preface the article with the thought that “some don’t get what the big deal is,” and then proceed to share the news of what a laughable, tiny offense it really is?

Bob Kraft was caught getting extra services at a massage parlor. That’s the only relevant information that applies to Patriot fans. What is the point that you’re trying to get everyone to see?

I find it hard to believe you're that dense but I'll spell it out for you: The point is many of these women were not there voluntarily or consenting to work as prostitutes. They were intimidated and forced against their will after being brought to the US on false pretenses of legitimate job opportunities (according to official law enforcement statements about the investigation). It's a standard tactic when it comes to sex trafficking.

I get that it's a minor legal issue for Robert Kraft and isn't going to affect the Patriots on the field. Of course if you're merely a Patriots fans and not a human being capable of empathy, that's all that matters. I hope you enjoyed your laugh.

Does that mean he is not gonna be present in the team 6 rings ceremony this summer?

Law enforcement should use their resources to go after the head of the snake, not busting decent senior citizen widowers for rub and tugs.

In NYC, when the Asian massage parlors get raided the police usually just let the "clients" get dressed and go home (unless they say or do something really stupid). The girls may spend the weekend in jail waiting for a hearing and wind up with a fine and maybe forced to attend some STD lectures. Mama-san is the one who is hot water.

Article 46....the league could dock picks.
“The league could dock picks?” Is there an accusation of on the field cheating or foul play that I’m unaware of?

Did Bob pop a Viagra and fail a test? What are you suggesting?

I highly doubt that.

It's literally in the police statement

All of the sexual encounters that have resulted in charges were videotaped as part of the investigation, the police said. The police, who said they had been investigating massage parlors in the area for six months

That's what I am expecting.

Schefter is reporting that bigger names are coming down. I’m hearing that there’s a ton of famous people being caught up in this.

The guy above explained it in detail. I was wrong.

Regardless, Jonathan may become the full owner sooner than anticipated now.

Who else is sweating bullets right now?

RE: the Sex Trafficking stuff, that upsets me.

It upsets me that sex trafficking is happening. But almost as much if the cops saw sex trafficking why does the sting continue? I don't give a **** about some old bastard paying $50 for a happy ending but if cops see sex trafficking going on why doesn't the sting stop right there and they go after the people who are running the parlor?

Either their priorities are screwed up, the timing was highly coincidental (they saw the sex trafficking evidence while videoing the last guy) or they're lying about it.

I know I know, I'm on the outside looking in and know **** all about the procedures but if there is real, actual sex trafficking they need to be storming that place in all their jerk off military gear ASAP, not trying to capture more misdemeanor crimes.

I do not care what single men do in their spare time to hook up with consenting adults. But this is not what this is all about.

These places are criminal sex-trafficking sweatshops for profit run by predators. Bob Kraft should know better than to patronize a place like this. His family, the foundation, and the football team has done so much for children, teenagers and gender equity over the years. What the hell is he thinking? He deserves whatever ridicule he endures.

There are adult ways to go about this, especially for a billionaire. Enough already with calling this guy "Mr." Kraft. Shape up, Bobby.

Whoever disliked/disagreed with my comment, wake up. he goes to a spa full of asian women. do you really think Bob didn’t know they were traffiked? most of these places are like that.
IDK. Bob strikes me as a bit naive, despite his riches, and this little episode (and everyone's comments about why would a billionaire even visit a place like this) just confirms it. Not that I would visit such a place, but the first thing that would come to my mind is not, "hmmm, I wonder if all these ladies are victims of human trafficking?"

Underdogs, FTW. Bob used the real Viagra, whereas Jerry Jones only needs the genetic.

most of these “massage parlor” places have traffiked victims. and most porn you see on the internet are of traffiked women. people don’t know how serious sex trafficking is.
Agree.

Just saying Bob was not given formal notice that his "servers" were in the sex slave trade.
