I love what Van Noy has brought to the team BUT I think there is a certain time to talk. The Bru, Rodney, Willie and Vrabel approach was spot on. In Van's case I think he talks a wee bit too much. The Kellerman and the Parker jabs were good but I didn't like him calling out the Rams coaching staff. They won so continue to let their play do the talking.

He was out for the year in 2017. Takes time to get back. By December he was where he was.

Van Noy "talks too much" because he is given the opportunity as he is a better than average interview.. not sure he is seeking the limelight as much as the limelight is seeking him.. this will pass and the press will move on to the newest shiny bead.
