Which Pats will be on America's Game for SB 53?

Who do you think will be chosen? Here are some of my thoughts and then my pick:

• Edelman is always great but he's been on the last two for the Pats
  • 2014 Gronk/Edelman/McCourty
  • 2016 Blount/Edelman/Hightower
• BB was only on it once--after 2004 w Troy B and Tedi B.
• TB12 was only on it once--after the first one in 2001 with Milloy and Adam V

• Last coaches from any team on it were Harbaugh and Carroll for 2012 and 13
• They almost always have 3 per team. But it recent years they've had 4 twice: Eagles after 2017 and Giants after 2011. So it's a possibility
• Here are some candidates IMO for meaningful 2018 Pats players who would also be big and good personalities on the 60 minute show:
  • Defense: Kyle Van Noy, JMac, DMac (both twins!), Chung, Harmon
  • Offense: Brady, Gronk, Edelman, White, Burkhead, Develin, Andrews
  • ST: Matthew Slater, Gostkowski
• My Pick since 2018 was such a team effort: Brady, Slater, and the McCourty twins!

I like your pick a lot. I think that would be great.

Brady coming full circle 17 years after beating the Rams for his first title is a great narrative hook, but I suspect he might want to let other guys on the team get the spotlight here.

Van Noy and the Jason McCourty are obvious good choices to me. McCourty went from the 0-16 Browns to getting a ring with the Patriots! Pairing him with his brother could be hilarious too, and both were critical players obviously.

Stephon Gilmore comes to mind, too, he was great all year and got the critical 4th quarter pick, can't argue with that.

Curveball option is Sony Michel. He was money down the stretch and deserves recognition for it. Gurley was the super-hyped Georgia Bulldog, but he was AWOL in the Super Bowl while Michel iced the game like 2004 vintage Corey Dillon.

Absolutely the twins, that was my thought also before this post. The third guy.......hmmm. I'd agree with Slater.

Ohh, unexpected coach option that I'm 99.9% sure will never happen, but would be neat if it did:

sean-I like your picks too. Just don't know if they'd go for a rookie like Sony Michel, though that would be a real Pats statement. And Gilmore obvs deserves it after a all pro year, the pick etc, but he is a very quiet guy. I'd love to see his personality come out on this, but he seems like he does his talking on the field only compared to a lot of guys on the D who also are super engaging characters.

I'm in on Coach Scar, the twins, and Slate.

Of course, I am in if it's anyone.

Of course if Belichick could pick his ideal 3 guys who embody nameless, selfless, team players, how LOL would it be if he selected Ryan Allen, Develin, and Jonathan Jones! NFL would have a meltdown.

I really want Devlin. With the importance of the run game on this year I think he'd be a good pick.

Definitely think we get the twins.

Brady would obviously be fun and if he's due he's due.

Next up I think KVN would be a good pick.

Coaches would be good too but if they put out Do Your Job again then the coaches should and likely would leave this for the players. Do Your Job has been very coach heavy so they have their platform.

Poll: 2018 America’s Game

I think they should choose an OL, whichever one has personality. They were the dominant offensive unit this playoff run.

When does it normally air?
