Colts had won the last 3 meetings h2h going into the game and Pats were going for the undefeated season and were losing 20-10 with 10 minutes left and came back to win 24-20.

Have to start with this one, VERY satisfying at the time: Chicago Bears at New England Patriots - October 30th, 1988 | Pro-Football-Reference.com "The Patriots (4-5), who lost their last meeting with the Bears, 46-10, in Super Bowl XX, became the first team in six games to score more than nine points against Chicago. The Bears (7-2), who entered the game as the NFL's best defensive team, had a winning streak stopped at five."

It was a solid thrashing, put McMahon out for a month and ran the ball 50+ times against the great Bears defense.

2003 is still my favourite year in memory, and I've got a few from that year:

- Week 6 win against the Giants as part of a triple defeat of NJ

- Week 9 rare win in Denver going into the bye week

- Week 11 shutout of Dallas coming off the by week - Great defensive showing

- Week 17 exact 31-0 revenge against the Bills - 3rd shutout of the year, all 3 after the bye

1976 @ Pittsburgh was fun, but later that season @ Baltimore in Memorial Stadium, AFCE showdown

This was down the stretch in crunch time, when the men are separated from the boys and title contenders are separated from pretenders

...and we totally destroyed them

This is when the modern Patriots showed the world we were for real

I was at that game with my (fairly new) husband, his college friend and his fiance, who was NOT a football fan (she just went to make her fiance happy). The Pats were down 20-0 to the Vikings, either at the half or in the 3rd, and she was freezing and wanted to leave. We kept saying "just one more drive. If the Pats don't score, we'll leave." And of course, Drew started throwing, and throwing, and throwing, and the Pats kept scoring, and scoring, and scoring. Then it went into OT, and we couldn't leave then, am I right?! So we stayed until the end of an incredible come back and they broke up shortly thereafter (whoops!). Hubs and I are still together of course, with the Pats always part of the glue!

Eason Hail Mary into the endzone as time expired with Irving Fryar toes stretched to stay in bounds. Pats win 30-28

that 96 final reg game which others have mentioned vs the Giants.

Troy Brown looked so much like Neo from the Matrix the way he caught that 4th down pass. One of the sickest plays I’ve ever witnessed by a Patriot player.

I was at that game, must have been in 8th grade, end zone seats. Had a perfect angle of it, all time amazing catch and amazing game

Was also at 2001 rams regular season game, last regular season game at foxboro vs phins in 2001, the 2003 colts game with the willie mac goal line stop. Lucky to have been at a few mentioned on this list!

More recently, I'd vote Chiefs AFCCG and Ravens Divisional (double pass game). Absolutely thrilling and satisfying.

1994 - 20 point comeback win against Vikings- at the time as a Pats fan something like that had never happened and it made a big impression. As if there is the possibility of something special with this team/QB...

I was born in the 60's but I dont remember as big a comeback prior to that. It was the comeback for me rather than just a dominant QB performance which had certainly happened with Grogan at times
