The couldn't even fix Jamie Collins.I think Bill and Tom can fix AB, the question is what would it take to get him?

So you are moving on from the whole “we win because we have the right guys on the team and are building a team not collecting talent”approach now after 6 rings? The pats will be responsible for 12.5 million next year, and similiar for the two years that follow.
We're losing hogan, dorsett, possibly dewayne allen(cut/restructure), patterson.
gronk might retire.
I think #32 and 12.5 mil to see if antonio brown can figure his **** out is a solid trade.
They can ask and they are never going to get. The Steelers are in a no-win zone. Take a mediocre 2019 season and ride Big Ben into the sunset. If I'm Pitt I ask for Kittle for Brown
?Huh?
I’m thinking that his surprise comes from the fact that Ben is still playing at a high level and Rooney has stated his desire to sign him to a deal beyond 2019.
Well, on the other hand, Ben has been making retiring noises for /at least/ two or three years.I’m thinking that his surprise comes from the fact that Ben is still playing at a high level and Rooney has stated his desire to sign him to a deal beyond 2019.
Also, the fact that you’d need to either extend Wentz when the season’s over, or place the 5th year option on him, which would likely be somewhere around 30m for the 2020 season.
It’s sort of like the Brady/Garoppolo problem in terms of not being able to keep both, while it’s difficult to get rid of your experienced vet/team leader who is still playing at a very high level and looking to sign an extension.
Funny how quickly he stopped that once Rooney started talking about an extension through the media. We didn’t hear a peep from Ben about his annual retirement plans, this year.Well, on the other hand, Ben has been making retiring noises for /at least/ two or three years.
I agree. However, if he came to NE you’d love it. Just be honest with yourself. Let’s just call a spade a spade. It’s so easy to criticize & dismiss it because there’s virtually “no chance” that it’ll happen.Weirdo being used here to describe horrendously selfish teammate, embarassingly spoiled, domestic abusing, egocentric piece of work.

Can’t wait for JuJu to be exposed. Extremely overrated and now can’t benefit off Brown commanding the best corner/doubles.
I saw someone float a Brown for Carson Wentz trade. That would be interesting.
While I'd take Brown in a heart beat, this conversation is pointless...
1. The Patriots are not going to make an offer for him.
2. In some alternate reality where they did, the Steelers would never trade him to the Patriots.
3. In some other universe where the above two happened, the Patriots would probably have to pay just as handsomely (if not more) than teams like the Browns, Ravens, Bengals, and Chiefs for his services.
He ain't coming here. He's going to an NFC squad and San Fran would seem to be the logical pick.
We traded for Belichick guy. So never say never.
The Steelers should be in a total rebuild mode. So they should trade AB to the highest bidder including the Pats.
Belichick, at the time, was not anywhere near as highly regarded as a coach as Antonio Brown is a player today. It isn't happening. The Pats would have to give up a king's ransom to get him.

this is the most ridiculous trade i have ever heard. nobody would be dumb enough to trade a young rookie QB for a punk WR making 20M at the tail end of his prime
