Gotta say...winning a SB without 45743564 heart attacks during the game is somewhat weird....but no complaining from me!! This was amazing, GOPATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta step back a bit but still it can make your head spin. I posted a memory of Superbowl 36 yesterday, and it's just complete nutjob kooky that these 2 guys bb&b have bookended 18 seasons with another title. My bookends are pretty sweet too.

Probably nothing. This is just how Deion Sanders talks when he's giving his opinion. He's just passionate about his opinions. Also has been on the Patriots side for most of the season.

I hate biblical quotations because the bible has so often been maligned for the wrong purpose, but this time I'll make an exception.

'Defense wins championships' applies to Pats too. I hope the critics will deem this Super Bowl legitimate

What a year. I really didn't think we would get anywhere near the SB with some of the performances during the regular season. Besides like week 4-9 or so which was vintage Pats, I thought the team looked kind of old and slow.

But what a post-season performance by this team. It all came together and every part of this team performed when it mattered in the play-offs. Unbelievable job by the coaching staff and the players.

The performance of the defence has been my personal highlight, the secondary in particular. Just amazing play by the guys back there. And so happy that the McCourty twins won a SB together.

Amazing defensive effort.. Shutting down that offense is no easy task and the D made it tough all night. Consistent pressure, hard hits - they were ready and played their best game of the year. Great game by Jules. Brady with an off night by his standards but made the crucial plays. Michel, Gilmore, Gronk, Burkhead all with crucial plays. Definitely a weird game but overall entertaining IMO.

I was really happy they kicked the FG, wanted to put it away and not give them a chance for a stop/momentum.

Not a prototypical Patriots SB season, but they turned it on when they had to and played like the best team in the league throughout the playoffs. Amazing team, amazing franchise. SB CHAMPS

It still feels surreal the morning after...the last part of the 4th quarter, was McVay actually sweating?

A lot of people eating a lot of crow in a lot of places. What a shame.

An awesome and mind-blowing defensive performance. Just so many top tier individual performances but all meshed so completely as a defensive unit.
I, and all Pats fans are so spoilt and have been for some time.

I will bask in the joy of this W for some time , as will you.
