... But ultimately he did what was asked out of him at the end of the game. Just like he always does.

This was great to see honestly. For once in the SB, it wasn’t Brady having to carry the team on his shoulders from defeat. The team really delivered today.

Hopefully the talk won’t shift to the defense winning it for Brady. Brady was just as big of a part of this one as he ever has been.

He had it when it counted...It shouldn't have been as close as it was but...whatever! All you have to have is more points than the other guys when the clock runs out (thanks John Madden).

This was the defense with the most talent in the league - by a good margin imo. We showed we were the better team defense today. The offense's struggles were to be expected earlier in the game against an excellent D

Agree 100%. The INT was unfortunate and without that maybe we win this more comfortably.

Also forcing some throws deep, but have to remember some of those were knowing that was his only shot before pressure gets there. Upgrading from Hogan should help that.

We basically abandoned the run game, the play action game which was what worked against their front. I don’t think Josh helped him much when we had a few chances on mid range 2nd downs and instead of play action, we went wide open. Their secondary really played well and their LBs were a lot better than I thought they would be tonight. Their dline is the best in the league. That was an absolute war up front.

Best OL vs best DL

With that kind of performance, the defense deserves all the credit. No complains if they say the defense won it for Brady, because they did.

What Brady does with his brain at the line far outweighs what he does with his arm.
He had little to throw to tonight with that pass rush up the middle.
They did a good job of limiting his check downs.
In spite of all that he made adjustments at the line - he made many changes.

Was good enough to exploit a few lapses in the defense ... all you need is good enough.

Can't overstate how much I don't care about his stat line. Great overall team win. Needed it from EVERYONE. WOOOOOOOO

Who cares about Brady's stat line? Last year he had OVER 500 yards and we lost. Will take the SB victory any time and am grateful for Tom's poise when it really mattered most when he drove the team down the field for a big TD.

This was a complete reversal from last year's superbowl.. the defense carried the team pitching a virtual shutout and the offense did what they needed to at the end of the game to put it away

They need to get Brady some legitimate outside deep threats tho, Gordon would have been a thing of beauty in that offense today with those 1 on 1 shots instead of Hogan who went 0 catches on 6 targets, including one that deflected up into the air for an INT

They need to draft a WR and they need to get a solid veteran in FA or trade.. Gronk could retire, Edelman is getting up there in age, Hogan has 1 year left and not someone you really need to have in the long term picture.. someone like Calvin Ridley would have helped a lot in this offense and help Brady through his last couple years here

Sony was a huge pickup, can't wait to see how Wynn has recovered from his injury and see if he can be the player they think he can be..

If anyone tries to spin it that this doesn’t help brady’s Goat case cuz he didn’t do much tonight... I will immediately bring up last year’s 500 yard masterpiece. He’s done it time and time again. Leading another 4th quarter game winning drive continues to add to the legacy

Nobody but Jules was getting open. It's not like he was missing people. Then the seam pass to Gronk was PERFECTION

Football is a team game...come on man...threw for over 500 in a loss last year, made the throws when it counted this year. Give the Rams some credit..they are a great team.

Brady hung in there..he is not gonna light everyone up every post season.

We won....

Last year is the exact reason why I don't give a **** about what the Brady narrative will be this off-season. I just absolutely do not care. GOAT performance and we lost last year, mediocre (but clutch) performance this year and we win. That's the NFL man.

6 Super Bowls wins all with game winning drives in the 4Q or OT YES That includes tonight. Brady is so great that he’s a victim of his own success. If he’s not piling up ridiculous statistics then he’s not good enough? I agree the defense won this game but ultimately when we needed the points to win - number 12 was there once again!

GOAT.

His worst super bowl performance ever. Not even by stats but eye test. Makes up for last year
