It feels like McDaniels and Brady are running the offense right into the teeth of the Rams defense.
The Rams are really well coached and are keyed on NE’s tendencies. They’re chipping TEs and RBs releasing into the flat and keying on screens and draws. I’m surprised they didn’t break tendency and try to catch LAR guessing.
10+ yards down the field is where plays are to be made.
If they can get up 10+ points Suh, Donald, Peters and Talib will start to make some mental mistakes.
It also seems Brady is making some poor decisions with the ball. Holding it when he should release it, and other times throwing it too early. That strip sack probably rattled him a bit. Just need to settle in.
