Best of luck to our gate bros from New Orleans,

Apparently Gurley and Anderson will be splitting the carries today. Anderson looks like a truck now

Get the ball first and score early....last 2 super bowls they started slow

Do you think if they win the coin toss they defer or take the ball? I was thinking they would defer, but I thought they would defer in kc as well.

take the ball. Or hopefully LA defers but I doubt it. Mcvay will be aggressive like pederson was last year

I know that there must be people in this region who are more excited for Red Sox truck day tomorrow than for the game today and that makes me incredibly angry. Find those people and throw them off the Prudential.

Seriously, if we lose anyone coming out of it going “oh well, Pitchers and catchers report in 2 weeks” deserves nothing but scorn.

Tough call, obviously we've been doing well getting it first the last few weeks but I think the pace of SB makes getting the ball in the second half pretty big.
I say defer.

I expect mcvay to be aggressive. Going to go for it on 4th a few times maybe pull out the bag of tricks with his de facto special teams QB in Hekker.

The Sox trucks have to get out of the way to make room for the Duck Boats

You know Bill already figured out the plan, I am assuming we would defer to start and put Goff on the field in his first Super Bowl and hope they have some jitters.

I'm OK either way - on one hand I'd love for Brady to march down the field and score his first Q1 TD in a Super Bowl and immediately have the pressure put on Goff right away, but on the other hand I also wouldn't mind us putting the young QB out their first with a chance for them to be skittish and get a first drive stop and for us to get the ball to start after the long halftime.

Conversely, if the Rams win the toss I think they receive. Either way I expect our D to be on the field first.

I’m sick of all the Wunderkind hype for Mcvay. I hope he makes an incredibly bone headed coaching decision.

What if they post that in the middle of the game day thread in a gleeful manner?

They are all on social security by now. What else do they have to do on a Monday morning.

I’m having been suffering with Achilles tendinitis for a while now. It sucks, I can’t run but I can still deadlift and squat with a brace. I can see why he looks slower this year

Last eight, really. ;)

Just saw a stat on NFLN that Rams are 14-1 including playoffs when they score 24 or more points. No mention that same goes for the Patriots, only loss being the Migraine in Miami. I actually think most teams have high winning percentages when scoring 24 points or more.

Edit: I misstated some Chiefs info in my original post. They aren’t 0-5. When they score 24 or more; but they did score more than 24 in every loss (in every game in fact).
