OMG, about time ! I am so happy to hear this. Well deserved , he is still and probably will always be one of my favourite patriots ever. I have 2 of his jerseys! One regular and one throwback.

Congratulations Ty!!! He was favorite pat in the 90s and then became one of our postseason heroes through the first dynasty. Another in a long line of great western pa football products. Man this makes me so happy

Ps sorry everone for loving every post in here

awesome news x 2.

Ty Law in and that overrated piece of crap coach Don Coryell not. I can still see him roaming the Chargers sidelines screaming PASS PASS PASS.

That 95 draft class was something special. Just loaded.

Always found it interesting that Tyrone Poole was selected 1 spot before Law by Carolina. Eventually the two would be teammates and win super bowls together.

Him and milloy were my favs grown up with Bledsoe. Just before the goat showed up.

I’m happy for Ty, but...whenever an ex-Pat gets elected to the HOF we don’t win the Super Bowl that same year. I hope this year is different obviously.

2008-Andre Tippett

2012 - Curtis Martin

2018- Randy Moss
None of them won a Super Bowl. Law has a few rings....................

So happy for Gil Brandt. Good to see a dinosaur getting his due for his contributions to the league.

Been listening to him for a while now on drives home. One of the true historians and quite the vp for Dallas. Hope my mind is as fresh at 85 and I’m happy he’s going to to get on the podium instead of one of his kids. No jinxes:/

Just a true throwback that goes back to the sixties. Could listen to that guy all day when he’s on a roll. Talking about scouting during early desegregation days, old team buses, universities and colleges that no longer exist. Like Steve Bellichick and others, he truly was a pioneer in his day. Kudos.

This being SB eve and with mediot history in mind, did anyone read the OP's title as "Ty Law indicted"?

Great news.

Serious question: I know Mawae was good, but was he that good? Or was playing in NYC part of this?

He was one of the best in his era. I thought he played pretty dirty at times (especially the year we had ted Washington) and I hate him with a passion but won’t deny that he was a very good player.

So awesome that Law won. One of my favourite players. My most vivid memory of him was him gunning down the sidelines on that wheelchair in the 2004 playoffs.

Showed the kind of teammate and leader he was. Perfect Patriot and defender. Hopefully, just the first of very many Pats from the Dynasty years!!!

Perfect way to get the party started. We will finish it with a win

Really good news, Law is completely deserving of the honor.
