Seymour. Have him and Flowers moving around on the D-line would go a long way to shutting down the Rams offense.

I'd say Bruschi and Seymour weren't in their primes just yet (still excellent choices though). .

Seymour was a force the second he stepped on the field in his first game for the Patriots. He and Willy both had monster games in the SB. I'd take Richard in this one as he would be doubled (like he was in that game) resulting in crazy pressure from Trey
