Many of the usual crowd are whining that Trent Brown was too far off the LOS on the Dee Ford offsides play (and of course even if he was and it was called, the interception still gets negated).

In any event, he wasn't:

(Also, compare Brown to Thuney next to him. Holy crap!)

Its very disturbing to think we could have lost the game if that Ford penalty doesn't get called. It felt like we were the dominant team. Then I think of the calls that didn't happen against KC like the pick play and the dpi, and the bad opi call against us, it should not have gotten to the point where we could have lost it there when Brady threw the pick.

So has it been confirmed that Brady definitely didn't see the flag out the corner of his eye

The Patriots definitely dominated the game. They even dominated the 4th quarter in a way, though penalties absolutely kept KC alive.

I don't think it's been confirmed either way. My initial thought was he must of known because he's Tom but I think I heard someone on the radio say his reaction after the play was not that of someone who knew there was a flag.

This is only being made an "issue" because it's the Patriots. Any other team this would have gone unnoticed. Call it victim complex or whatever but I absolutely think it is true the "fan standards" on fair play is much higher when it comes to the Patriots compared to anyone else.

Speaking of T Brown, what is it going to take to get him to stay. I'm really not looking forward to another season with a new LT even though this has worked out great.

If he had he probably would have gone deeper instead of hitting gronk in the hands with a short pass and having gronk act as if he had bowling balls for hands and cause an int.

On the Monday morning interview between WEEI & Brady, they asked him if he saw it and he confirmed he did not. He didn't know it was a 'free play'.

Can’t wait for mic’d up. We’ll most likely find out if TB knew. I think he did and I agree Gronk did too.

Speaking of Thuney, he really bounced back and showed a lot of progression, this season. People were leery coming out of the summer.

I believe he was rated higher than Shaq Mason as the best Pats O lineman by PFF or one of those sites that do analytics of NFL performance.. Another reason why Scar is so vital to this team, hopefully he is grooming his successor.

But cannot find the graphic, probably a tweet, without regard this O Line has improved significantly..

Thought he was another guy that at times the criticism of him has been unfair.

Be interesting to see how he goes against Donald
