Jets Suck -- 2018 Edition (Official): Fifty Fabulous Years of Futility!

The way Gase keeps his eyes wide open and keeps looking around the room, it's like a hostage video or an unfrozen caveman being introduced to the media or a human-hamster brain exchange survivor or an astronaut being flung far into the future, lobotomized and displayed by a race of talking apes or...It could be a lot of things, but the behavior of a normal, well-adjusted person isn't one of them.

As a reminder, this is, presumably, one of the people who spoke with the press and said that Chris Johnson and Mccaaggnnan were very, very smart and asked the greatest questions.

Your team is so, so screwed. Once again.

Here's Gase after two years of coaching the Jete circus:

It's unfortunate you missed the first half. It made the Chargers look so much like the Jete you would have felt right at home.

Should at least scout their running backs, so the JETE can think about signing them for us to whoop in-division like Ladanian "Lady Tom" Tomlinson.

They're positioning themselves well for the 2019-2020 off season championship and the firing of Gase at the end of the 2020 season after two seasons of 5-11 football. The pendulum would shift from drafting safeties to drafting offensive line guards back to safeties as they go back to a defense first team in 2021, while Darnit deals with having different OCs in each and every season of his career because whomever Gase hires this season will be sacrificed next season so Gase can at least stretch his Jete career to two seasons.

In other words, SOFJ.

The reason the JETE like their USC QBs is that, much like their used-condom-recycling fanbase, all they do is break Trojans.

is that REAL???

It's a new video editing technique called a Deep Gase.

As has been referenced here before...

He who fights with monsters should be careful lest he thereby become a monster.
And if thou Gase long into an abyss, the abyss will also Gase into thee.
That's the abyss Gasing at us.

This oughta be an easy out. Forget "Omaha Omaha" and "Sally Sally Sally." One "The power of Christ compels you" should get his head out of the game.

That's the abyss Gasing at us.

Are you sure it isn't the Gase trying to abyss the assembled media?
Man, they are gonna eat him for lunch down there lol

Ok ok, the reports, comments and memes were fun, but I'm watching it now...

Sure there's some excitement and nervous energy, but nothing bad.

Seemed cool to me. Maybe because I was expecting the worst after all the jokes, but I'm looking forward to what he can do.

The face of a man who just realized he's thrown his career away.

"I could have taken a year off, maybe did some TV. I could have grabbed an OC job somewhere, coached them up and then had my pick of jobs. Instead, I'm here with the Jets. I'm really gonna coach the Jets. There's no coming back from that. What have I done???"
And this time the Jets management showed they can learn from experience, and removed every napkin from the room.

Their new HC also showed he can learn from experience as well. This time he did all the coke before his o-line coach could get to it.

"Can" do or WILL do? You certainly can look forward to the complete ruination of Blockhead Blunder Boy by this failed scatterbrain. Dysfunction is alive and well in East Rutherford; looking forward to a new chapter of the annual clown show (year 51). I hope and pray that Woody never sells this team. Knowing that Jete suckage remains assured for the foreseeable future will take some of the sting out of BB's eventual retirement.

Blockhead Damn Darnit is such a ****in' crybaby, the McGaggington Moron Collective decided to bring in his own little comfort blankie, to soothe his iddle widdle fears...what a fukin' disgrace to football and men in general. Jeezus, somebody kick this little mutt in the nuts and see if he has any...what a So-Cal low cal twerp in a turdatorium.

Yep: Check out:

Baylor head coach Matt Rhule was in the mix for the Jets job that went to Adam Gase until he said last week that he’d be staying at the school.

Rhule said he is “never going to be in an arranged marriage” by way of explaining his reluctance to work for the Jets because he felt they were dictating who he should hire as part of his coaching staff. Reports indicated that the Jets wanted him to hire Todd Monken, who has since joined the Browns, as the team’s offensive coordinator.

There were similar reports about the Jets’ talks with former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy, which led to the issue coming up as CEO Christopher Johnson met the media in conjunction with Gase’s introduction on Monday.
So Da Jete recruit these high powered coaches who have put together winning programs and then insult them by telling them who to hire as their key staff members, and then end up with someone like Gass who has never put together a winning program and who is going to hire whomever Johnson and Macca tell them to hire. SOFJ! Definitely going to be the laughing stock of the NFL for decades to come.
