Hunt. Pats had no answer for him. 5/105 catching and 10/80 rushing.
I know, but Mahomes shredded us as well.

He has a great passer rating in all of his lossesHe had his moments but he didn’t do a whole lot in the first half and also threw a couple of terrible picks. Helped by a couple of coverage breakdowns and a long kick return. It’s not like he methodically drove up the field again and again on us.
Interesting that Mahomes 3 biggest games of the season were vs NE, LAR and LAC... and his team lost all of them.
I am completely OK with the #2 seed. The BYE is the most important thing...and winning in Pittsburgh helps that goal the most.
Right now, I can't tell you who the best team in football is after seeing the Cowboys beat up the Saints, Bears beat up the Rams, and now the Chargers taking down the Chiefs IN ARROWHEAD without Gordon/Ekeler and Keenan Allen. This all happened within the last 2 weeks! The Chargers might be the best team in the NFL....but they probably are better off playing on the road. If the Patriots have to travel to L.A., I am buying tickets for sure...and expect that soccer stadium to be 50% Pats fans.....they hate the Chargers that much in Southern Cali.
A lot of football left to be played....and at this juncture...I wouldn't count out Oakland/Denver beating the Chiefs/Chargers in week 17. Just play it out...and see what happens....
Possibly give them the edge on offense but that defense kind of negates that.....I'd still give the Chiefs the edge as best team in football. Two losses in which they scored 40 and 51 points, plus a loss on short rest when leading by 2 TDs late. That's some weird ****.

Chris

No doubt they have flaws, but that's the point. Every team does, so which one is the best? When KC loses, it seems to take a statistical outlier to do it.Possibly give them the edge on offense but that defense kind of negates that.....
What’s interesting is if Houston finds a way to lose to the Jets...
.....coaching down the stretch is a consistent flaw with the Chiefs every year on top of their defense woes. I'm hoping they continue thatNo doubt they have flaws, but that's the point. Every team does, so which one is the best? When KC loses, it seems to take a statistical outlier to do it.

It will be a night and day difference if the Chiefs don’t get HFA, and even more so if they end up as the 5th seed. As of right now, I think they’re definitely the most dangerous offense in the NFL. I don’t think they’re as complete as NO, but I think their offense is better. They are definitely the most scary team to face..at least in the AFC. Nobody is really talking about the fact that Mahomes has 45 TD's with two to play. He might not break Manning's record, but he is a good bet to surpass Brady's 50 record in '07 and Marino's 48 in '84. And the kid has only started 15 total games.....
