SNF - Bolts vs Stillers

The Patriots, Texans and Chiefs have pretty much sewn up at least a playoff berth at this point. The rest, vying for 3 spots, are:

Steelers: 7-4-1
- Remaining games: @Oak, NE, @N.O., Cin

Ravens: 7-5
- Remaining games: @K.C., T.B. LAC., Cle

Chargers: 9-3
- Remaining games: Cin, @K.C., Bal, Den

Colts: 6-6
- Remaining games: @Hou, Dal, NYG, @Ten

Titans: 6-6
- Remaining games: Jax, @NYG, Was, Ind

Dolphins: 6-6
- Remaining games: NE, @Min, Jax, @Buf

Broncos: 6-6
- Remaining games: @SF, Cle, @Oak, LAC

So, while the Steelers still have the edge, that tie game and tonight's loss have combined to make them vulnerable.

The Texans have two wins against teams with winning records: A win against the Redskins where Smith broke his leg and a win against the Cowboys pre-Cooper trade.

They haven’t played and/or beaten: Pats, Saints, Rams, Chiefs, Steelers, Chargers, Ravens, Seahawks, Bears.

They play the Colts next who choked a win in their previous matchup, and have been in really good form until today, then they play the Eagles away which regardless of form, is still not an easy place to play.

They’ve beaten whoever is on the schedule, fair play to them, but this is not some juggernaut team that can just win 4 more games like it’s nothing.

I think the Ravens and Steelers lose at least two of those games each. Without knowing the tie breakers...tough seeing Tennessee getting in. I think the wildcard spots really come down to Pit, Denver, Baltimore, LAC and the Chiefs .

If the Chargers and Seahawks beat KC, the West could come down to the Chargers Broncos game. That would be crazy.

Baltimore, Miami, LAC, and the Colts currently hold head-to-head advantages over the Titans. Also, I'd forgotten to put the Broncos on the list, so thanks for mentioning them. I've updated my earlier post.

Early report is that James Connor’s injury isn’t very serious. Team reporter on the news said he was able to put his socks and shoes on, with a bit of a limp when walking. Claims that he talked to him and that Connor said that he was alright.

Sounds like it could be minimal time off, but we’ll obviously know more tomorrow.

That is an angry board.

Can you blame them? Can you imagine this place if the Pats had lost a game at home in that manner?

Dont think I've pocket posted before...

Well I think we all know where there is a garage they can park it.....
I gave you the “pound it” emoji for this comment, which seems quite fitting, given the subject matter. That said, you can also refer to it as “the fist,” and that could apply just as well.

What a ****ing piece of ****! Tape don't lie Mike tape don't lie! Not one of those offsides were even close to being questionable.

Ok I should have watched the video first. He was talking about holding penalties, I ass-u-me-d he was referring to the 3 straight offsides. But I still stand by the piece if **** part
That’s the first thing that I thought of, too. The game was heading to OT had it not been for the offsides call(s). Tomlin and his crew will find an excuse for every weakness that they have. Just imagine if this had been the NE game.
