I mean after the tape got released they didn't really have much choice anyway but at least from my POV Reid and their FO will get credit for doing this in the middle of a potential title run. The same way I was happy about how the Pats cut ties with Hernandez pretty quickly after he became a potential suspect in the entire debacle in 2013.

Kareem threw the first punch and one last kick to end it (when it was clearly over). Obviously, I had no idea what was talked about or whether she called him the N-word, but he tried to get a few extra yards when it wasn't necessary.

I worked for a couple billion dollar corporations that were run by people just as dumb as the people who run the NFL. The incompetence isn’t shocking at all. They make money despite their management not because of it.

Re-watch the video. He pushes her, but clearly doesnt throw the first punch. I get why people are upset, but using words like "Hunt brutalizes..." (TMZ's words, not yours) and reading other peoples descriptions of the video make it sound like the dude busted out a severe can of whoop ass and left this lady bleeding out on the floor. I'm not defending his actions, but Im not going to defend hers either. She had a choice to walk away, but she kept coming back for more. Incredibly stupid. And kick? Come on. Hell, she fell because she shoved Hunts posse boy who then flew back like he was a pinball into a charging Hunt. All Hunt really did to the girl was shove her a few times and lightly kick her in the butt when she was on the ground.

Yeah it was a click bait title.

Hunt's an idiot but he shoved his friend out of the way and in the process that friend hit the girl which knocked her down. I didn't see anything intentional there.

And the 'kick' was more like a tap of his leg.

But he should have known better in this environment we're in. Even anything remotely showing aggression towards females it would get blown up.

I completely agree. He had everything to lose in that situation. Testosterone and booze, or w/e he was doing, don't typically make for a positive ending.

He didn't push her. He shoved his friend who ended up knocking her down. It didn't look intentional.

Ok it wasn't a punch, but she didn't push him first. Hunt took it too far and had to be restrained. She was clearly down, drowsy and defeated but he just had to throw one last kick. I can't believe your defending this POS.
