Super important game. The Patriots need to win out the rest of the year IMO. IF they have to play KC in KC they will probably lose. This is one of the 2 hardest games left (not counting @Miami as hard though it usually is for some odd reason).

I think the Pats just need to play a great all around game. The Vikings are one of the most talented teams in the NFL but rarely play up to their roster for 60 minutes.

With KC suffering the loss of Hunt, it seems that our odds of them losing one of their last five games has greatly increased. That said, I’m not sure that we can run the table yet at this point in time. It will be interesting to see how things stand in three weeks after the Steelers game. That’s when the picture will start to clear.

I'll be interested to see how the Chiefs respond tomorrow against the Raiders. I doubt they lose, but they maybe won't cover the -14 spread now. OTOH, who knows what kind of emotional turmoil there might be in the KCY locker room right now (if any)?

I'll definitely be watching SNF- not just for the final score, but to see how two potential playoff foes handle things. Steelers -3.5/-175 with an o/u of 52 ... should be a great game to watch.

Would’ve been a much better game with Melvin Gordon playing, but it is what it is. Maybe the SD defense steps up, but I’m not going to count on it. West coast team traveling 3x zones without their bellcow back, on the road against a team that plays well and is coming off of a tough loss.

Playing outdoors in the cold won't help them much.

Temperatures rising into the lower 50s by game time, with a 65% chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout the game.

Not exactly winter weather.

Could be a long night. Any time there is lightning the nfl stops play until it passes.

.. those Vikings were resourceful. and I'm a descendant..

So am I, but this makes me nervous because they also seem to have passed along a psycho gene

Yeah, I wish it were worse, but I don't see the Vikings as particularly ready for rain, some wind and a hostile crowd. They lost on the road to the Bears and the Rams, tied the Packers and barely squeaked past the Eagles in Philadelphia.

I watched the Bills game and they got manhandled, turned the ball over and looked freaked out after getting down 17-0. If the Patriots can get a fast start like they did against the Jets, they have a chance of blowing these guys out.

I am so psyched for this game at home. The Edelman suspension, injuries to all the rookies, Hightower's slow start, Gordon getting on board, Cannon getting hurt, etc, etc has made this season a drag. Tomorrow is the first time the engine will be running on all cylinders.

The offense will have everybody on the field for the first time this year. The line is intact, which is the key ingredient. The backfield is loaded with Develin, Burkhead, White and Michel. The Patriots will pound the rock against these guys to see how good that front seven truly is. Gronk and Edelman will pose a challenge these guys have not seen - the linebackers will be forced to cover while Gordon, Hogan, Dorsette and Patterson keep the secondary busy.

I'd love to see Gronk have a big game to get his engine going and put all the "bad season" talk behind him.

I'm jazzed up for this one. You people who are going need to loud.

a Vikings weakness that's a Pats strength

Gotta be able to run the ball and control the LOS. Last week was a great job, but the task is much more daunting this week. ‘Tis the season to pound the rock.

KC is an offensive 3 headed monster. But not all three are equal. Between Hunt, Hill and Kelce IMO Hill is clearly the #1 most important weapon with Hunt clearly as the #2.

Kelce is a very very good TE but he has been taken away for long stretches this year. He has had several games without a single notable play. He is clearly the easiest of the three to deal with.

With Hunt being out of the picture it takes a lot of the wind out of their sales. Ware isn't a bad back up in the least but he's no Hunt.

The Chiefs are going Lose another maybe Two Games now... Hunt is Huge Loss no mistake about that.
