But could it be that he was a full participant yesterday and was given some rest today due to the back and ankle? Similar to Brady and his shoulder "injury" from years past.
Why is there even a public injury report? What's the point? Is it just to give us rabble something to fuss about during the week?
Use your eyes, Gronk clearly isn’t right no matter what the injury report may or may not say.

I would agree and go further and say there's no way any of the regulars aren't feeling some kind of issue at this point of the grind.I think he’s at a point where he’s just dealing with excessive wear and tear more than specific injuries. So he’s not at risk of making things worse but he’s not going to get better anytime soon. He’ll need to take an entire offseason of rest and recuperation which is partly why so many people think he’ll just retire.
