OFFICIAL POST GAME THREAD - Patriots Beat Bills

Honestly I think we should try and trade Marcus Cannon this off season. He is just too injury prone and Waddle struggled badly today. Extend Brown and Wynn should be able to play next year.

Defense looked better but it was the freaking Derek Anderson led Bills. But I think that after the bye in week 11 this team will be fine and it needs to be. This is the best the AFC has looked in years

He didn’t have jack **** at WR in Detroit. He had a full complement tonight. He fluttered a ball to Gordon on the left sideline, fluttered a ball to Gronk in the corner of the end zone in the first half that could have been picked after getting happy feet, and then panicked and floated a ball to White (IIRC) in the flats that could have also been picked. This was his worst and it’s not even remotely close.

He’ll be better next week. Especially if Mason is back and Michel is back. The lack of a ground game meant Buffalo could play every down in the nickel and dime.

He had a run game against Detroit. And there were plays where dorsett was open and Brady flat missed him. And Gronk was somewhat healthier than he is currently.

what happens when the Pats lose? You smash your house up? Burn down the neighborhood? Must be nice being so perfect you can just denigrate a team's effort on the road in the wind and cold because they didn't match up with your lofty expectations.

Btw, how was the GDT today? I was tempted to look, but luckily I had a phone call.._..
It was pretty bad, but then 32 got a pick six and all the negatives immediately vanished and it turned into a pretty good party for the rest of the 4th.

We held our own against Mahomes. We can do it with Rodgers. 4 years ago they beat us handily and that game still stings

Defenses that make Brady look like s**t (In no particular order):

1. Dolphins when they had Jason Taylor, Zach Thomas, Sam Madison, Patrick Surtain, etc.
2. 2005 Broncos
3. Jim Johnson style defense (Spagnolo/McDermott)
4. Rex Ryan defense

On another note, I can't stand Scott Van Pelt after the game. Why they decided to give him a show rather than their standard "Sports Center" is beyond me.

Gronk made my back hurt

They badly need Michel back. The Bills were playing, and stopping, the run in nickel and dime packages. Combine that with Mason leaving the game and it was no bueno. This was also by far Brady’s worst game of the season, even before Mason went out. He’ll need to be better next week as well. I suspect he will be.
Thank you for your honesty.
I love the Pats, good or bad.

But why do I feel like I'm in Nazi Germany when I say something critical?
Its just a football game. We can criticize and still go to work and do our jobs/life tomorrow without feeling guilty. Right?

Maybe I'm missing the really bad posts?

Maybe I'm the bad commenter?
When the team has a bad play or 2 , why can't we comment on it?

I'm confused, because when I watch the game with my friends, I yell the same stuff. I get excited and loud.

I don't know, that was the draw to the game in 1st place.

What about Coughlin giants defense?

2015 broncos also. They beat us twice

Glad McCourty finally made a play in the secondary.

Gordon looks like s**t. He still can't separate. He should've caught that first pass, but the other pass from Brady were terrible.
