So much for Colin CowTURD and his absurd theories regarding Darnold being the next Namath.Colin couldn't stop gloating after JETES first victory about how right he was about Darnold since the first time he saw the QB during his college days .... LOL......... TURDS on you COWTURD

I don't understand the 10 second run off in this instance. The Refs were the ones who made the mistake. Why would you penalize the Jets?

Because they stopped the clock for an incomplete pass and ran it down to simulate a running play after the call was overturned.

Just looked at the scoreboard and stat line. Is that a product of Mayfield, or some combination of other things?

I think someone already mentioned Mayfield, but it's also important to note that the Cleveland defense came up with some pretty solid turnovers, giving some great field position as well. Not to take away from Mayfield's credit, moreso to highlight that the Browns defense looked pretty good out there.

Will be a quiet Friday morning at 345 Park Avenue. So sad too bad :D

I tried telling the Candy Man about the Browns talent but he is ignorant.

Ogbah did not even play tonight and he is one of their best DL.

They did it! They get a free ****ty beer!
That was the most brilliant promotion ever. They said tonight that they made, like, 8 of those refrigerators for local bars plus a couple in the stadium. So that cost what? $25,000 or so...? All that press for such a small cost was genius.

I get that but the 10 secs seems excessive. I guess there's no perfect rule in that situation.

They were top 5 run defense last year.

**** QB play kept them on the field. TOP was ridicoulos some games last season with the other offense with the ball almost a whole quarter more than Cleveland. The defense no sooner sat down and Kizer would throw one of his 22 ints or fumble.

Wasn't as bad as what happened to the Lions last year when they were given a game winning TD with 9 seconds to go, then after replay they said he was down on the 1. 10 second runoff was applied and ended the game.

This win hurts our draft position in the 7th round. Darnit, so be:( :):):D:D:D:Dit.

I want to say this runoff rule happened in a Pats game last year or two years ago... I want to say it happened to the opposing team as when it happened I remember not caring a whole lot but still being like "wha tf? doesnt make sense".

I could be making this up, though.

Baker, Garrett, Njkou, Ogun, Ward, Peppers, Avery, Higgins, Callaway all 2nd year or rookies.

I'm going Rush, CB or OL early next year & adding to that defense most likely if it was up to me. That D is looks like it could be special.

Very solid LB corp as well.

Baker & Mahomes 3-0. NFL is in good hands.
