First off, I'd be shocked if it happens. Second off, my over/under for him is 3 weeks before he smokes or drinks. He hasn't played a full season in 5 years. Though still young (27), he's not that guy who tore up the league anymore. Not even sure he can help the team this season, could take a while to learn the playbook (same goes for Coleman). Just not feeling it, he's not a plug and play type of player. Not an instant fit, and that's a best case scenario. Just my opinion though, IF it does happen, I hope he becomes that beast from 2013 again.

wrong and completely irrelevant......what is relevant is that WR's don't just show up here and tear things up

I think he’s a different case though if he has his head on straight. We don’t need him to get 1000 yards.

The guy has a lot left on the tank. The problem is that he hasn’t seen the field in what a couple of years? He should have fresh legs.

lol........and now the pass rush is invisible after labor day
It was invisible yesterday and it was the best in the league the week before. The reality is neither of those extremes.

Some of us remember 1-15 and a few 2-14 seasons when the team was out of it by Columbus Day....
Yep 1990 and 1992. Horrible.

I kinda remember 2-14 1982 but I was in 6th grade so didn't feel a ton of pain from losses. Still don't really.

any basis to this being a different case? because htere's a long line of guys who never worked out here even though they were here for the entire program

The stuff with the playbook is ridiculous. Gordon doesn’t have a limited route tree.

Give me names? Chad ochochinco was done when he came here.

Could be very exciting...the potential of Gordon, Edleman and Gronk lining up on offense will cause defenses to have nightmares.

His chances of panning out aren't different, but we aren't relying on him to be WR1.

He played last year on a terrible Browns team
