It’s fortunate we even have him since I think thy released him last year and went unclaimed and onto the ps.

I've been tracking the tweets etc. and the Reddit thread and the thread is accurate and is updated within seconds of the tweets being posted. For whatever reason the Patriots always seem slow to report their final cut downs.

Likely means Croston is in.

It's kind of felt like a recurring theme these last few seasons that the team somehow find themselves with a handful of young DBs with potential in the preseason but are unable or unwilling to carry most of them. Seems this year is the year they actually do keep a few. I ain't complaining.

Assuming all the tweets are correct of making the team, I say the only likely question left is which one goes between Sam, Roberts, or King.

Agree with Hammerman's point.

I’d imagine JMac is cut now if he wasn’t on the roster since he’s a vet. I wouldn’t expect him to get cut for a waiver claim.

Saw that but reporter hinted it could still happen. You’d have to think JMac would have been cut by now if they were debating on not keeping him still despite making the initial 53.

Seriously. Combine the seemingly upgraded edge options with the potential slight change in defensive philosophy under Flores (possibly more aggressive) and it could all look very different...
