Every single player who says football is like war would jump into a fox hole and whine for his Mama if faced with incoming.

Man, I hate artificial bravado when it denigrates people who actually demonstrate real bravery by comparison. Or, in this case, even people who have lived through war, just surviving it or reporting on it as an embedded journalist.
