Pats off season so far? Well, I'd like them to sign Waddle, but otherwise...

Was SO pumped for Lewis killings....... I’m still a fan, Mosslost.

I was surprised by the loss of Solder and Amendola, but otherwise it's exactly as I expected. Think it'll be an active draft trading down, as well.

Pretty much going as I expected .

Although I did think they would really try to keep Lewis.

*IF* we find a decent LT (still a big if) this off season will be push.

I actually think this off-season has been underrated. It's being overshadowed by what we lost and people's unease at LT. But truth is BB has made several solid moves. Each move except maybe Tobin should have a decent number of snaps on this team and Tobin is likely to be a key back up OL.

Also I'm really excited about Shelton and JMac.

Shelton still has plenty of ceiling left to be reached and has already proven to be a good player. We needed that beef.

I don't want to over play expectations for Jmac so let's just say that he has been CB1 for most of his career and we need him to be CB2. We need him to be better than 2017 Butler. Also Dmac is such a leader on this team I don't see how Jmac doesn't fit this team to a t. You know he's gonna be a coachable guy and work hard.

There is still work to be done but it's still early in the off-season and I assume the remaining holes will be addressed one way or another.

It feels like a normal Pats offseason, unlike last year. Left Tackle is the only question mark. I assume we draft a few linebackers, strong safety and QB. Slot receiver and CB are off the practice squad I am guessing. It is just odd they let Solder go and have not signed Waddle or Fleming. They must really like Croston or Garcia or Jelks, or 2 of the 3.

TETT...too early to tell, but I like some of the guys they've brought in.

Wanted them to keep one of Burkhead/Lewis. They did.

NT is going to be a lot better than 2017 Branch with Shelton and VV back.

The DL addition of Clayborn helps a lot, too. Here's hoping for Rivers to pan out and Wise and Butler to make a 2nd-year leap.

Love the JMac move. Makes butler sting a bit less. With Jon Jones coming back, they seem pretty solid at CB.

They need a tackle (Waddle or Fleming, I guess), would still like a LB, even if it's M Flowers back. The rest of the OL is solid and growiig together, which is great (until the rookie deals expire) and I like that they already have the backups in place.

So far, as expected - be as good going in as last year and hope for less key injuries is about the most we could ask this year.

Amidst all the noise by the naysayers on the radio and in the newspapers, this has pretty much gone as expected... thought Solder was a possibility, but NYG overpaid for him. How many times was Nathan denigrated on this board as being a "turnstile"???.. Glad for Dola, make that last big paycheck.

This team is still a work in progress, and while the pundits will anoint preseason winners and losers, I prefer to wait for January of 1919...

It has been said that BB has a plan for just about everything, no reason to believe differently this year, except for he is trying to f... with Brady's head.

Sounds like you're still celebrating the fall of the Kaiser.
