This guy: under the radar?

Woodhead is cool. Bring back Shane Vereen

Link: Riley McCarron

Greg Bedard is touting him as an intriguing Wes Welker-type. Imagine if he blossoms and the Pats also sign QB A.J. McCarron. :D
...the McCarrons and the McCourtys...

...better not sign any Hatfields...to avoid any locker room "feuds":D

OK OK Sorry! Geez, it's the offseason, gimme a break!

Too bad our McCarron isn't a defensive back. With QB McCarron now on the Bills, we could have McCarron intercepting McCarron.

Just for those who aren’t aware:

Height: 5090
Weight: 188
40 Yrd Dash: 4.41
20 Yrd Dash: 2.55
10 Yrd Dash: 1.50 225 Lb. Bench Reps:
Vertical Jump: 40 1/2
Broad Jump: 10'04"
20 Yrd Shuttle: 4.16
3-Cone Drill: 6.59

That’s not a guy, that’s a parrot. Probably explains why it is under the radar.
Riley McCarron was an Iowa Hawkeye, not a parrot. But if you're going only by the team logo I can understand the confusion.

I’m sorry Tunescribe. I was trying to be funny by referring to the “Beware .. the Patriot Attack Parrot” in your sign-in. Obviously I failed miserably. The lesson is don’t drink and reply on a fan site.

Nope. That was actually pretty funny if you consider both the Hawkeye's logo and Tune's sig.

Wow. He might be under the radar.

One other consideration about (Riley) McCarron ... while he wasn't a prolific punt returner in college, he certainly was a dynamic one.

With Amedola gone, Edelman coming of an ACL tear, and Cy Jones - questionable ability at PR to begin with - also coming off an ACL, McCarron's PR potential could represent significant added value.
